Available irrespective of where in England, Scotland or Wales the property is located, a monthly fee is charged on a property by property basis enabling us to deal with everything from a single employee to many hundreds with equal ease.

The process for the Complimentary Home Search combined with the paid Tenancy Management service:
Initial Consultation Your Account Manager will take time to understand your specific requirements to design a bespoke service for you. Professional Advice
Our trained staff will guide you through the letting process, clearly explaining landlord and tenant statutory and contractual obligations.
Orientation & Home Search Your Account Manager will make arrangements to view prospective properties. A member of staff with local knowledge is on hand to accompany you and provide a thorough insight into the area.
The Offer
Once you have found a property we assist and guide you through the negotiation process, advising on price, break clauses and options to renew.
Practical Matters Your Tenancy Manager prepares a tenancy agreement and makes arrangements for payment of monies and the setup of utility accounts.
Ongoing Management As part of our Tenancy Management service we are on hand throughout the tenancy to offer practical assistance and guidance.
Extending the Tenancy Your Tenancy Manager serves any Notices that are required and assesses claims against the deposit by the landlord to ensure your best interests are served to the very end.
Terminating the Tenancy As the end of the initial term approaches, your Tenancy Manager seeks your instructions regarding extending the tenancy and negotiates the terms of renewal on your behalf.
Optional VIP Service At an extra cost, we can arrange everything from meeting your employees at the airport with keys, to having someone on hand to explain how the central heating works.
