For each voltage class, if the number entered for the 'number of circuits with

no outage' exceeds the Form 3.x inventory “End of Year” plus “Retired”

number of circuits:

“Entered number cannot exceed Form 3.x inventory End of Year plus Retired

number of circuits.”

Forms 6.x

If the duration is less than one minute:

“The Duration entered is less than 1 minute. Please enter a value of one

minute or more. Non-Automatic Outages which have a duration less than one

minute are not reportable.”
