Management, Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery, and Courier Services. Maintained the library web pages related to the department. Worked concurrently in the Reference Department – was scheduled for regular shifts at the reference desk and served as subject liaison. Oversaw copyright compliance in the Interlibrary Loan and Reserves units.

Florida State University, School of Library and Information Studies - Teaching Assistant Course: Management of Information Organizations – LIS 5408, summer/fall 2012, and spring 2013
Course Description: Introductory course in management of information organizations within a variety of organizational contexts. It is designed to develop a conceptual framework for integrating fundamental management concepts, principles, policies, theories, and practices into an effective personal management process that relates to information organizations of the 21st century. This is a required course for students in the MLS program.
RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
University of North Florida, Thomas G. Carpenter Library – Associate Librarian, 2013 -
Wrote the survey questions relating to faculty and student satisfaction with Library services and resources used in the university-wide Student/Faculty Campus Life Survey 2013-14. Analyzed data and presented findings to Library faculty and staff, with suggestions for improving and adding services and resources.
Conducted a survey to explore student satisfaction with newly purchased furniture in the Library; the data were used to inform future purchasing decisions.
Participated in the creation of pre- and post-tests of nine bibliographic instruction sessions at the Library. The data were used to improve teaching and to create a LibGuide for use with all basic ENC courses.

Created a survey to learn about teacher’s perceptions of the Florida Electronic Library, which is a service provided by the Florida Division of Library Services,
Assisted with the creation of two online training tutorials for community members in support of the Florida Rural Broadband Alliance, and
Analyzed data and helped to write the final report of the Indiana public libraries e-government services provision study.
Institute for Information Management and Scientific Communication, Aug – Dec 2011 The Department of Defense (DOD) awarded $17 million federal grant to the Florida State University and the Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center to establish the DOD Military Suicide Research Consortium (MSRC) with the purpose of implementing a multidisciplinary research approach to suicide prevention.
Incorporated design and research elements to enhance scholar’s ability to effectively use the resources on the MSRC website as a member of the website design team, and
Searched the Internet and numerous other sources for articles related to veteran suicide and PTSD and imported these to the repository.
