Groupe Eurotunnel SE’s passenger division sought to advance its business intelligence (BI) capabilities to improve the customer experience on passenger shuttles.
Solution
Differentia Consulting, a Qlik Solution Provider offering consulting, resourcing,
support and training services, and Industrial CodeBox, a Qlik Technology Partner that provides Qlik integration-related products and services, joined forces to design a winning solution to meet Eurotunnel’s needs.
The solution uses the QlikView® business intelligence platform to help Eurotunnel analyze data from across the business and understand customer purchasing methods and patterns, geographical location and the impact of marketing campaigns.
