WHY HAVE A MARKETPLACE?
Our residents’ needs and expectations are changing and we needed to
find a way to give people using wellbeing and support services more choice and
control over their own lives.
In Staffordshire over 73% of our residents have broadband and many thousands
already use the Council’s online resources.
The Staffordshire Marketplace opens up access to wellbeing and support services for
users, with the option to book and pay online at a time and place to suit the individual.
For those who don’t or won’t use the web the staff in our customer services centre will
still be available to help users over the phone.

2. Once you have a merchant account you will be given a
merchant identification number (MID)
3. Once your cloudBuy website is ready, simply go to
Control Centre -> Trading Settings -> Configure Payment
Options -> Manage Merchant Accounts. You will then
need to select your merchant account provider (e.g.
WorldPay) and then enter your merchant account
details. Click to see details on how to do this.
Then you are ready to accept card payments online.
