The Professional Liability team is headed by Gregg S. Weinberg, Dawn Holiday and Rick Anderson. Gregg is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Together these professionals have over 50 years of experience.

Most energy related contracts from vendors to equipment manufacturers have provisions that require the arbitration of disputes.
Everyone in the industry knows that these contract provisions are often referred to as industry boiler plate and most companies never bother to attempt to negotiate the terms although these terms are negotiable. .
Most contracts have arbitration provisions that call for arbitration to be conducted under the auspices of the Amer-ican Arbitration Association (AAA) and many of those provi-sions also call for the arbitration to be conducted in Texas. Lawyers at RMWBH have been in the trenches for companies with energy arbitration contracts. We have arbitrated or negotiated with many large corporations including Halliburton, Schlumberger and Weatherford.
