INTRODUCTION

The importance of the

corporate identity manual

This corporate identity manual is a document that establishes the standards for the correct application of the Global Alliance logo. A consistent use of the logo helps to preserve its distinct "personality" and contributes to a coherent branding of the Global Alliance. LOGO ELEMENTS

The text or logotype, together with the symbol, constitute the logo of the Global Alliance. This logo is a key element of the Global Alliance brand and should be used in all communica-tion materials.

The symbol is the graphic element that always accompanies the logotype. Together, they form the Global Alliance logo.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

A predefined minimum distance should be maintained between the logo and other elements in printed materials and online media. This "white space" ensures that the logo is always separated from other graphic elements, text, photography and so forth, to ensure maximum visibility and branding effectiveness.

Correct reduction of logo size

MINIMUM SIZE

To ensure optimal display and legibility of the logo, the minimum acceptable size is 10 mm in height.

CORPORATE TYPOGRAPHY

The typography families used in all texts for the Global Alliance are Futura for body copy and Palatino for headlines.

For the website, the correct font is Arial.

The symbol of the flower

SYMBOL

Allium flowers grow from a single bulb and produce globe-shaped clusters of flowers in purple, pink or white.

The allium flower, a member of the lily family, symbolizes unity, humility and patience, but also represents good fortune and prosperity.
