Students pursue their educational goals at two state-of-the art campuses equipped with modern classrooms, wireless technology, research labs, and outdoor teaching spaces. Both campuses offer comprehensive transfer degrees, career and technical education, student services, and student clubs and activities.

MCC Downtown Center

Home to the MCC/NAU Connection, Fire Science/ EMT, and the Virtual Incident Command Center (VICC), MCC Downtown Center offers unique university transfer options and workforce-related degree and certificate programs.

Programs and Degrees

Students can choose from a wide range of program options suited to their learning needs: prepare to transfer to a university, start a career, upgrade skills needed for the workplace, or pursue personal interests.

TRANSFER COURSES AND DEGREES

Associate in Arts, Associate in Business, Associate in Science, Associate in Transfer Partnership, Associate in General Studies, and the Arizona General Education Core (AGEC, a 35-credit hour block of general education courses that transfers to state universities).

CAREER AND TECHNICAL PROGRAMS

Over 150 Associate of Applied Science degrees and Certificates of Completion, designed for students to improve career options or enter the job market.

CONTINUING AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION

Hundreds of noncredit, personal-interest classes provide all age groups opportunities for lifelong learning in the arts, technology, fitness and personal development fields.

Campus Life

MCC offers a total collegiate experience that enhances academic programs and promotes student development. Planning

MCC broke ground on a new 17,000-square-foot Enrollment Center on the east side of campus in 2014. This new facility is intended to improve student recruiting and retention, and to provide current and prospective students with “one-stop” resources for admissions and records, registration and advisement, financial aid, and cashier services. The new Enrollment Center is scheduled to open in 2015.
