Colt ownership

Colt was founded in 1992 by Fidelity: its ultimate parent

company was first quoted on the London Stock Exchange in

1996 and was a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

In December 2014, Colt completed the acquisition of KVH, an

infrastructure based service provider in networks and data

centres across Asia - this partnership strengthens Colt’s ability

to meet the demand from customers for seamless solutions on

a global basis.

Colt Group S.A. was delisted from the London Stock

Exchange in September 2015 after the Fidelity Offer to acquire

the minority shareholding not held by Fidelity was made
