1. OBJECTS AND PURPOSES
1.1 The charitable objects and purposes of the Trust (The Trust Purposes) are as follows:
Vision, Mission
“Rise and’ Shine Worship Ministries – New Zealand; a chosen room in the house of Our Lord Jesus Christ.” The model of Rise and Shine Worship Ministries - New Zealand is received through revelation knowledge and through the study and understanding of Kingdom principles.

The Vision for Worship Ministries:
It is our belief at Rise and Shine is restoration life Christian Ministries is that the Praise & Worship team is a vital part to the Ministries of this body of believers.
Members of this team should view their function as ministers of the gospel through music and song. Those who serve on the Praise &
Worship Team, therefore, should view their role as a calling from God.
Membership on the Praise Team (in any way) is a position of Christian leadership.
* The primary function, then, is to lead the congregation in true worship under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth”. (John 4:24)
* We emphasize that our purpose and calling is that of leading others into the very presence of the Living God.
* There is no calling issued for “performances” and “showmanship”

We have been positioned for the recovery, re-union, and restoration of the sheep. community social wellbeing programs. Rise and Shine ministries management team, which is led by the Chief Executive, who is also the Registered Manager. The team includes:

Guidelines and Requirements
Calling: It is very important for those who participate in the Worship Team to feel that they are “called and anointed” to the Ministries of worship.
We believe in the operation of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in the order of Service at restoration life.
Lifestyle: Participants must be born-again believers of Christ, and their lifestyle must resemble that of a born-again Christian.
Participants must be worshipers on and off the platform. Anyone who has difficulty worshiping at home or in the congregation is not ready to be a on the platform leading others in worship.
Talents and Skills: Although we recognize the importance of a pure heart, the musician and vocalists also need to have enough skill so that they can follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Musicians and vocalists should have open hearts to receive advice, correction, training, and should be committed to becoming proficiently skilled at their Ministries. “Kenaniah the head Levite was in charge of

the singing; that was his responsibility because he was skilful at it”. (1 Chronicles 15:22)
One does not need to be a professional musician to worship the Lord, but God honours the discipline of additional practice and preparation.
“Failing to prepare is preparing for failure.”
4. Commitment: Worship Team members should be actively involved at restoration life and dedicated to restoration life’s vision and to the leadership of its pastors and other leaders.
This commitment includes their prayers, regular attendance, and tithes/offerings and involvement in a Life Group.
Those who commit to serving on the Worship Team are asked to commit to weekly rehearsals and they are expected to do their best to make sure other commitments do not interfere with their ability to serve on the Worship Team on a weekly basis.
Each Team member is required to attend weekly practices scheduled every Saturday beginning at 9:am unless otherwise noted.
Practice “always” begins with prayer from 8:45am– 9:00 am and is a vital component in becoming a spiritually strong and united team.
Because we value the importance of family, prospective Worship Team members should not join the team without the full support of their family.
5. Attendances and Punctuality: Attendance and punctuality are very important factors for being a member of the Worship Team.

Weekly rehearsals are required, and members should arrive ready to work on the designated material.
Poor attendance and showing up late for rehearsals demonstrate a lack of discipline and respect for the Lord’s Ministries.
Those who are unable to attend rehearsals should not expect to participate in the Worship Team the following Sunday unless prior arrangements with the worship pastor have been made.
6. Attire: As leaders, members must dress properly.
Although we recognize that God does not judge us by outward appearance (1 Samuel 16:7), we also realize that proper attire adds a level of excellence to the worship experience.
Consequently, members are encouraged to be neat, clean, and appropriately dressed for all services.
Inappropriate dress for regular worship services includes T-shirts, old jeans, sweats, short skirts, etc. “All the Levites who were musicians . . . stood on the east side of the altar, dressed in fine linens . . . “. (2 Chronicles 5:12)
7. New Applicants and Waiting Periods
We constantly seek to expand our Worship team.
Anyone interested in serving is encouraged to set up an appointment with the worship pastor (Roxanne Vargas) to discuss the guidelines and expectations presented in this manual.

The prospective Worship team member will also have a brief and informal audition at this time.
New applicants to the Worship Team will be required to attend several rehearsals before “taking the platform.
Additional reading may also be required, at the discretion of the church leadership.
Schedule Conflicts, Etc.
If at any time, a member (including visual equipment operators, sound engineers, etc.) cannot attend a service, rehearsal, etc. they must find their own replacement and notify the worship pastor in advance if at all possible so that proper adjustments can be made.
Sound Engineers, Visual Equipment Operators, Etc.: Sound engineers and visual equipment operators are important members of the worship Ministries.
Visual equipment operators are asked to arrive early so they can operate the slides while the Worship Team rehearses.
These members should be attentive at all times during the service and ready to make changes “on the fly” where necessary.
The sound engineers are also asked to arrive early and help the Worship Team as much as possible.
Sound engineers must be alert and responsive, especially during the worship, and should be ready to adjust quickly.

It is important to state that we intend for the information in this manual to serve as a guideline, but we realize that exceptions will occur.
These exceptions will be determined by the leadership of restoration life.
It is also important to state that these guidelines apply to those who participate in the Worship Ministries on a regular basis, not those who participate in special programs, special music, etc.
10. Lastly, open communication is of vital importance. : If at any time a team member is confused, discouraged, or unhappy with the way things may be happening at a given time, they are encouraged to speak with the worship pastor, senior pastor, or other leadership.
The only way to deal with hurt feelings, resentment, confusion, etc. is to bring it out into the open so that the Lord can help us work through it as a team.
Schedule: Saturday Morning Practice: 8:30am to when we are done.
Sunday Services – 10:30 a.m. – Arrive by 9:00 a.m. for prayer rehearsal Special Services such as Revivals, Annual Harvesters Conference, etc.

2. INCOME, BENEFIT OR ADVANTAGE TO BE APPLIED TO CHARITABLE PURPOSES
Mandate:
2.1 Any income, benefit or advantage shall be applied to the Trust Purposes Like:
One of the newer Rise and Shine Worship Ministries majors to emerge in cities across the count. Organizations, from non-profits to foundations to the Ministries endowments themselves, are all looking for an edge when it comes eliciting and inspiring givers to give. And this widening embrace of Rise and Shine other Ministries across the country is no doubt having an impact on Ministries when it comes to the traditional Rise and Shine other Ministries drive.
Usually based upon pledges and commitments of time, talent and treasure, the Rise and Shine other Ministries of God’s resources will be morphed from a seasonal event to an annual emphasis in many congregations with year- round presentations, special offerings and creative approaches designed to help Rise and Shine other Ministries members direct their gifts to God’s work through the local congregation. In recent years the old words (“duty”,

Chances are, most larger congregations across the country have embraced these new approaches to Rise and Shine other Ministries, offering members many ways to give, emphasizing generosity and connection, and shying away from conversations or messages that smack blatantly of “money.”
Nevertheless, if you ask many lead pastors to describe what they believe are the greatest challenges facing the Ministries, many will come around to issues related to Rise and Shine other Ministries (or the lack thereof).

The truth is, it is difficult to raise capital for a budget, and with the growing disinterest in the Rise and Shine Worship Ministries or misunderstanding about the Rise and Shine Worship Ministries many people would rather give to other Rise and Shine Worship Non-profit Organizations or feel that their financial gifts can have a greater impact elsewhere. The Rise and Shine Worship Ministries is still a powerful body when it comes to the resources available to accomplish God’s work, but most pastors, board members senior management can see the landscape changing...and rapidly.
There are many ways to describe these changes. Some involve the widening circle of Rise and Shine Worship Non-profit organizations that people give to.
In fact, most Ministries members today give to a panoply of causes and interests, not just to their local Ministries. As Rise and Shine other Ministries will be grown across the country, so the widening circle of Rise and Shine Worship Non-profit Organizations competing for people’s generosity. Rise and Shine Worship Ministries leaders can no longer assume that their members give their largest gifts to God’s work through the local congregation. These gifts may, in fact, be going to national organizations, or even to initiatives they are helping to sponsor through the workplace in overseas Christian community.
Other changes involve what used to be described as a family’s “disposable income”. But with wages stagnant and many families on edge about the future, gifts even to God’s work may be more difficult to come by. Likewise, statistics continue to show that fewer people tithe than a decade ago, and

many families, though involved in a Ministries, give little or nothing of their finances (for a host of reasons).
Ministries leaders must appeal to the congregation from a variety of vantage points and must also remember that the new words like “generosity” and
“gratitude” do not have a magical and immediate impact on Rise and Shine other Ministries. There are no magical programs, processes or words that fund a Ministries budget automatically.
But some broad understandings of what people are looking for can help. Here are three essential aspects of Rise and Shine other Ministries; being aware of them, year-round, can certainly have an impact when it comes to helping people give generously.
Information: It is true: a great many people out there won’t give anything to God’s work unless they know specifically how their gift will be used. They are information people. They want the facts.
Information people want to know:
What is the Ministries budget? How is it used?
What is the vision, specifically, that is driving the Ministries?
How large of a gift will I need to give in order to fulfil this vision?
Information people want statistics, percentages, info on increases and decreases. They want facts and figures and formulas. These people know how to read a bar graph and they are very likely “numbers” people. Sharing accurate information with this constituency in the Ministries is vital to

helping them to give generously. Many information people will not give anything until they have the information they need.
Inspiration: Other people do not care about information at all. They want to be inspired to give. They want to hear stories, testimonies, first-person accounts of how financial gifts have changed lives or otherwise impacted the Ministries of the Rise and Shine Worship Ministries. Inspiration people are not so much facts- and figures-driven as they are relationally driven. They crave connections and relationships. They like the idea of being a part of God’s work, of seeing how their generosity will be impacted their community, their world.
Inspiration people want to know:
What is the narrative budget? Tell me the stories behind the numbers.
What difference do my gifts make?
Where can I have the greatest impact through my generosity?
Invitation: Finally, many people will only give through invitation. In years, many Rise and Shine other Ministries drives have been relationally based, with people meeting in homes or, at times, inviting the pastor in to share the vision and make “the ask”.
It is the case that, with some people, the invitation to give must be heard loud and clear. Invitation people will not give, won’t usually make any move, until someone shares the story and asks, “What can you give to God’s work?”

Many lead pastors can share stories of making “the ask” — of creating a list of givers who are then visited in the home, or taken to dinner, or gathered together to hear a presentation before making the lead gifts to a new initiative or drive.
Invitation people want to know:
Why are you asking me to give?
Who is going to benefit from my gifts?
Why is my gift important?
This year keep this three-tier approach to Rise and Shine other Ministries in mind as you plan your information, inspiration, and your invitation. It is not magic, but it is meaningful.
Any income, benefit or advantage shall be applied to the Trust Purposes.
A Trustee is entitled to such remuneration for services provided as may be reasonable having regard to that Trustee’s duties and responsibilities for those services PROVIDED THAT any payment to a Trustee referred to in this clause must not exceed fair market value for services provided and no Trustee receiving such payment and no person associated with such Trustee may participate in, or materially influence, any decision made by the Trust in respect of the payment.
2.2 Each Trustee is entitled to be indemnified against, and reimbursed for, all expenses including travel expenses properly incurred in connection with the Trust and the Trustees duties.

2.3 Nothing expressed or implied in this deed will permit the Trustees’ activities;
or any business carried on by or on behalf of or for the benefit of the Trustees in connection with the Trust, to be carried on for the private profit of any individual.
2.4 The provisions and effect of this clause 11 shall not be removed from this Deed and shall be included and implied into any document replacing this document.

3.7 All monies received by the Trust shall be paid within three days to the credit of the Trust at such Bank as the Trustees shall appoint and cheques or withdrawals against the Bank account and other negotiable instruments shall be signed or endorsed by two Trustees as authorised by resolution of the Trustees.
