HOW TO ACCESS ACCOUNT ACCESS

To access Account Access, log into AgriPoint and select Account Access in the Tools navigation.

HOME PAGE

The Home Page displays each of your accounts in the Account Overview. The names of your accounts, current principal and interest balances are also included. A menu bar allows you to navigate to

additional functionality within Account Access, including Accounts, Transactions, Services, Preferences, and Sign Off. To return to the Home Page from any other page, click Home in the upper right corner of the screen.

ACCOUNT OVERVIEW

View all of your account balances and summary information in one place on theAccount Overview

screen. Your accounts will be listed under the main headings of the account type. Double click on the specific account or click the lightning bolt to view additional account details, history or more. All pending transactions are indicated in red.

6 Additional details are available by double-clicking on the transaction or by selecting the transaction then selecting View the selected transaction from the drop-down box and clicking Submit. The transaction details page gives you more information on the transaction than what is available in the Online Activity view.

TRANSACTIONS

From the Transactions menu, you can perform several online banking functions such as making an Internal Transfer, setting up a Bill Payment, and initiating an ACH.

INTERNAL TRANSFERS

The Internal Transfer screen, located under the Transactions main menu, allows you to transfer funds quickly and easily between two of your Farm Credit loans. Funds can be transferred from your revolving loan to any other loan and can be initiated one time or set up on a recurring basis.

To transfer funds between Farm Credit accounts, follow these steps:

1. Choose the online account that the funds will be advanced from. 2. Choose the online account that the funds will be transferred to. 3. Choose the Payment Type:

• Exact Billed Amount – Indicates that you wish to make your billed installment.

• Other Amount – Indicates that you wish to make a non-regular payment or pre-pay your next billed installment.

4. Choose How to Apply. If you chose the Other Amount Payment Type option, you must indicate how you want the payment applied to your loan:

• Special Interest Payment – Indicates that you wish to make an interest payment. • Next Due Interest Payment – Indicates that you wish to pre-pay all or a portion of your

interest for your next billed installment (limitations exist on the amount of prepayments that are allowed on your account).

• Special Principal Payment – Indicates that you wish to make a special principal payment. Choosing this option does not affect your subsequent billed installments. • Next Due Principal Payment – Indicates that you wish to pre-pay all or a portion of your

principal for your next billed installment (limitations exist on the amount of prepayments that are allowed on your account).

5. Choose the appropriate Effective Date. Transfers initiated after the 3:00 pm cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. You will be prompted to select a valid processing date. 6. Choose the appropriate Amount. Note: If the Exact Billed Amount Payment Type is chosen, then the amount automatically populates with the appropriate billed amount.

8 Click Continue to accept the details of the Internal Transfer. Choose OK to continue with the transaction or Cancel to terminate the transfer.

9. Pending Transfers will display in a grid at the bottom of the screen.

10. Transfers can be deleted prior to the processing date by highlighting the transfer and clicking

Delete.

Note: Changes or edits to a transfer must be made by deleting the original transfer and creating a new transfer.

MULTIPLE DRAFT IMAGES

Multiple Draft Images is an option under Transactions that allows you to pull a report with your

BILL PAYMENT

The Bill Payment screen, under the Transactions main menu option, allows you to use funds from your Farm Credit revolving loan to pay your bills. Bill Payment lets you add and save new payees, set up reminders and schedule payments. To request a stop payment on a bill pay transaction, contact your retail office.

10 To add a new payee, type the name of the person or business into the space provided and click Add. Enter the bill amount, the date you wish to pay it, and click Pay. Bill Payments not yet paid can be found under Pending Payments.

Bill payment is a free service through Account Access. If you need to process a stop payment on a bill payment transaction, the fee is $20 per stop payment. Farm Credit charges fees for transactions in Account Access each month as advances on your line of credit account. Farm Credit reserves the right to change fees or institute new fees at any time.

RECURRING TRANSACTIONS

The Recurring Transactions list shows the recurring payments that were set up for advancing funds from a revolving line of credit via ACH or Wire Transfer. To highlight a transaction and view, approve, or cancel the transaction by using the action buttons in the header bar. Click Submit to process the action. Use the Group By dropdown to view recurring transactions by account, status, type or user.

recipient, enter their information in the fields provided. Click Submit when finished. You may also create payment templates customized for each recipient by clicking Add Payment. Edit existing templates by clicking the magnifying glass icon or double-click on the template row.

Note: If you only add the recipient information and no payment template, the drop down on the Advance from Loan will not have the template information stored. You must click Add Payment and add the template information in order to see the account information in the drop down.

To delete a recipient and/or payment template, highlight the row and click the red X to delete.

ADVANCE FROM LOAN

The ACH Advance from Loan screen, under the Transactions main menu option, allows you to move funds from your Farm Credit revolving loan to a checking or savings account. Funds are transferred via

ACH and can be initiated one time or set up on a recurring basis. You may fill out the recipient

12 Note: For the ACH Format options, select PPD to transfer funds to an individual and CCD to transfer funds to a company.

To change the Payment Frequency, expand the window by clicking the window icon in the header. This will drop the window open for you to make additional selections for payment frequency.

PAYMENT TO LOAN

The Payment to Loan page, under the Transaction main menu, allows you to easily move funds from a checking or savings account to your Farm Credit loan. The funds are transferred via an ACH transaction. The transfer can be initiated one-time or on a recurring basis.

To add an account from which to transfer, click the Manage Bank Accounts button. The Manage Bank Accounts page enables you to add or delete bank accounts that are used to make payments to your loans.

Follow these steps to set up Payment to Loan:

1. From the Add External Account page, enter the routing number of your financial institution. Verify that the financial institution Name, City, and State populate correctly.

2. Enter the Account Number.

3. Choose the Account Type: Checking or Savings. 4. Enter a Nickname of the account (optional).

5. Choose Continue to accept the details of the Payment. Choose OK to continue or Cancel to terminate the transaction.

1. Choose the external account that the funds will be withdrawn from. 2. Choose the online account that the funds will be transferred to. 3. Choose the Payment Type:

Saved transactions will display in a grid at the bottom of the screen. Transactions can be deleted prior to the processing date by highlighting the transaction and clicking Delete. Changes or edits to a transaction must be made by deleting the original transaction and creating a new transaction.

SERVICES

Services allows you to send a message to Farm Credit, request a stop payment, or reorder drafts online.

STOP PAYMENT

The Stop Payment screen, located under the Services main menu, allows you to request a stop payment electronically. Simply select the revolving line of credit the draft was written on and enter the draft(s) information. The draft(s) will be flagged for review and you should expect a follow-up call from your local Farm Credit office. Stop payments expire 12 months from the date of issuance, but can be

extended for an additional 12 months by initiating a new stop payment order through Account Access or by contacting your local Farm Credit office.

CHECK REORDER

The Draft Reorder screen, located under the Services main menu, allows you to quickly and conveniently reorder drafts for your revolving line of credit account. The check style will remain the same as your previous order. To request a new style, contact your local Farm Credit office. You should allow approximately 10 business days for processing, personalization, imprinting and shipping.

Reordering standard bio-star drafts is a free service. Contact your retail office for pricing on all other types of drafts. Farm Credit charges fees for transactions in Account Access each month as advances on your line of credit account. Farm Credit reserves the right to change fees or institute new fees at any time.

ACCOUNT PREFERENCES

From the Preferences Menu, under Accounts, you can modify how your accounts display and the account names on the Account Overview and Account History screens. You can also customize the number of days and number of transactions that appear on the Account History screen. Nicknaming an account may help you identify accounts in transaction drop-down lists.

ALERTS

The Alerts screen, located under the Preferences main menu, allows you to set various account alerts and reminders based on selected preferences. You can also choose to be notified via email or text message. To create an alert, select Add Alert. You can also edit or delete existing alerts.

HELP

Online help is available throughout the system. The Help button is normally located at the bottom of each respective screen, but can also be found in the upper right corner of some screens.

20 Click either the Help button or Help icon to open a window for further assistance on a specific Account Access feature or function.

You can also contact the Customer Support line at 1-877-966-7778. Support hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CT).

FEE SCHEDULE

The following fees apply to select transactions in Account Access: Wire Transfer Fees

The fees for wire transfers are as follows:

 $10 if completed by the customer in Account Access

 $15 if completed by an Farm Credit team member

Bill Payment Fees

There are no fees associated with Bill Payments.

A $20.00 fee is charged for each stop payment placed on a Bill Payment. Stop Payment Fees

The fees for Stop Payments are as following:

 $10 if completed by the customer in Account Access
