General note No. 2 on plumbing drawings states sanitary sewer and domestic water piping are to be sleeved through grade beams. Structural engineer to recommend solution to this issue. All future sanitary piping installed on this project MUST be installed below grade beams stub ups shall be sleeved through grade beams.
