Reseller signs up Merchant using POSsible POS’ New Merchant Form. Reseller has the option of signing up the merchant with their own credit card processing service or using POSsible POS’ preferred vendor.

I’m interested in the reseller program. How do I sign up?
To start selling our products and services, you must register as a partner and complete our Reseller Partner Agreement. You are also required complete an orientation training prior to actively selling POSsible. This is provided for free after you register and are accepted as a reseller.
How do I sign a merchant up?
To sign up a merchant, you will need to complete POSsible POS’ New Merchant Form. After you fax or e-mail all information to us, our POS Implementation Team will call you to verify all information, including POS hardware and software set-up.
After submitting an application, how long does it take for the system to get installed?
Typically you can expect a two to three week turnaround from the time we receive a complete deal to the time of installation. Sometimes the turnaround time can be much less but a lot of it depends on the merchant. This is because we need the merchant to review the system and approve the menu screens and product database prior to installation.
Can we use our own credit card processing?
Yes. POSsible POS will integrate credit processing services on the POS system using the approved payment processor for the merchant. Test transactions will be conducted to ensure a seamless integration.
Do you provide any marketing materials?
Yes. As a part of POSSible’s Reseller Program, you will have access to all our marketing and sales materials.
Does the merchant sign an agreement with POSsible POS?
The merchant must sign a 2-Year POS Service Agreement with POSsible POS. The monthly service fee is $59.00 per POS System.
What is included in the service agreement?
The merchant will receive installation, training, and a warranty that includes guaranteed replacement of defective parts, repair, remote management, remote back-ups and technical support for as long as the merchant is under the service agreement.
Do you offer credit/payment terms for the POS Systems we purchase?
At our discretion and upon your guarantee, we can offer you or your merchants a monthly payment plan from 3 to 6 months.

Do you have lease options available?
At POSsible POS, we understand the cost and effort involved in opening a new business. In order to make purchasing a new POS System as easy on the budget as possible, we provide POS lease options to you or your merchants, which can produce favorable tax implications for your/their business over traditional financing sources.
Can POSsible POS ACH the merchant directly for payment and pay us the difference?
As a reseller, you can mark up the cost of the POS system, so you always make a great income by simply reselling it. If you want us to ACH the merchant directly for payment, we will pay you the difference in price, but the amount will be considered taxable income for which you will receive a 1099.
Does POSsible POS provide full menu loading and corporate setup up?
POSsible POS’ menu programming service covers creation of POS database, input of menu structure into the database, input of table layout, input of basic employee information, and other key information. Our custom menu programming services start at $300, and price varies based on menu complexity.*
Who does the installation & training?
Our knowledgeable technicians will provide installation & training in conjunction with remote training from POSsible’s dedicated team of implementation specialists. In addition, the merchant will be able to access remote desktop training using POSsible POS’s state of the art interactive module.
Do you offer any reports on your POS System?
POS Systems are used to store sales information for reporting purposes, sales trends and cost/ price/profit analysis. Our POS software provides a centralized reporting system for your company’s POS data so business owners and managers can take an in-depth look at their businesses. We have extensive reporting capabilities built into our software, to include financial, marketing and production reports.
Does the POS System work on both dial and IP processing?
POS Systems are designed to work only on high-speed IP processing networks and this is the case with POSsible. The merchant will need a high-speed Internet connection, such as DSL, cable or fiber optic.
Does the POS System work for Chain Accounts?
Yes. The POS System works for Chain Accounts. We offer corporate reporting, gift & loyalty programs, corporate accounting, and many more features.
