• Use a prepackage solution, i.e., Wordpress or Drupal – will make your life easy
• Here.. you might have options, but due to other tools, you might want to use gmail from google, because you get ton of other stuff

• Remember, email is a system where you ACCESS your mail, 24x7, so, your criteria is, it can never go down, it can be accessed from any where, any time, any device

• I do like google for that matter, they give you choice of your phone number, which you can keep and you can change

• Google also have “Hangout” pretty good solution for collaboration with multiple teams
• Google Drive is the shared drive for your documents
