Cottage Collection

The Cottage Collection is a unique group of homes developed by Stephen Alexander Homes

and Neighborhoods. This collection focuses on the application of Cottage architecture as built in the

his-toric Tidewater area for more than 100 years. Our goal is to give your family access to homes that boast

We have also endeavored to bring a choice to your buying process for exterior elevation and

continue the tradition inside as well. We have put together a customizing program for the interior which

will allow you, assisted by our interior decorator, the opportunity to choose from hundreds of pre-priced

custom features. We believe the convenience of professionally designed pre-priced custom features will

allow families to choose what best suits your desires.
