Amendment to ES1, Premises Connection Requirements

Changes to Installation Inspection Office Hours and Locations

Sydney South and East

N.B. CIA1389A supersedes CIA1389. The only difference is an updated fax number for the Zetland

office.

New Sydney East (Zetland) Installation Inspection Office

From 2 February 2015, Ausgrid’s Installation Inspection group will establish an additional regional office at 130 Joynton Ave Zetland NSW 2017. This office will service the Sydney CBD, East and several inner city suburbs including the following local council areas: Sydney City Council, Marrickville Council, Botany Bay Council, Randwick Council, Waverley Council and Woollahra Council. All other areas will continue to be serviced by the Sydney South office based at Oatley.

Attached (Appendix A) is the list of suburbs being serviced by the Zetland and Oatley Offices. In addition, Ausgrid is also implementing a new phone system to allow for the more efficient use of Ausgrid resources and provide clearer direction for our customers when they call. These new

arrangements will be trialled in the Sydney South and East areas before being fully implemented in the first quarter of 2015. These arrangements are detailed below.

All phone enquiries for both Sydney South and East will be via the following phone number and options  Ph: 02 9585 5996
