ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE FOR CLASSES 9 & 10
Namaste & Warm Greetings!
At the outset we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the parents for their excellent cooperation in making teaching & learning a fruitful and meaningful experience through the virtual platform.
Hope all are in good health.
Based on the current situation, the school has decided to continue with the live online classes for Classes 9 & 10 with revised timings from Monday, 12.07.2021. It is decided to have
“FIVE”
live online classes per day between 8.30 a.m. and 1.10 p.m. There will be a twenty minutes (20 minutes) break between classes. On Saturdays mentioned as working days in the school calendar there will be only three periods till 11.10 a.m.The classes will be conducted section & teacher wise for Scholastic subjects and together for Co-scholastic subjects. Teachers will brief about the same during the classes.
Every Wednesday morning between 8.00 a.m. and 8.15 a.m. Class teachers will have an interaction with the respective students through Microsoft Teams in the section wise group.
All school activities, tests & exams will be followed as per the schedule given in the School Calendar. In case of any deviation, parents will be communicated accordingly.

Kindly note the following important instructions:
1. Microsoft Teams is an Official School Platform for online teaching and purely for education purpose. Hence it should not be used as Social Media.
2. Student’s Login Details is already being used. IT support for Microsoft Teams will be extended by the School in collaboration with School Skies Team (+91 9962451986).
3. Students/Parents are strictly not allowed to create a Group or Team, not to schedule or start a meeting and not to have chat in Microsoft Teams.
4. The Organiser (Class Teacher or Subject Teacher) will schedule the class in the Microsoft Teams calendar and the teacher alone will start the class.
5. All students are to join the classes in any formal dress. It is appreciated if all follow the formal dress code.
6. Students are to join the class 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entry to class will not be permitted beyond 5 minutes from the commencement of the class.
7. Students are to mute their microphone and turn off their video. Students may switch on their microphones for answering when asked by the teacher. Students may turn on the Video if asked by the teacher to answer or to monitor the presence. The Chat box is to be used only for clarification of doubts.
8. Students are not to disturb or leave the class in the middle.
9. Students are not to remove or mute or unmute other students in the class or group.
10. Relevant doubts or queries and questions can be clarified through posting a message in the group.

11. Assignments, Worksheets, Practice Test, study materials etc. will be posted by the teacher in the respective Class & Section group.
12. Students are to complete all the work and assignments given to them and follow the instructions given by teachers.
13. All are to refrain from sharing the study materials in any other social media or with an outsider.
14. All are to refrain from posting unwanted, irrelevant comments, messages and queries.
15. All instructions given by the School & Teachers are to be adhered.
16. Students are to attend all classes regularly.
17. Henceforth all communication from school will be through Microsoft Teams. Parents to note the following instructions regarding notifications:
a. A Common Notification Group has been created in Teams for the entire school. All communication pertaining to entire school will be posted here. Parents are to regularly look into the same.
b. Separate Notification Channel has been created for all classes in “All Section Group” of each class. Communication pertaining to individual classes will be posted in the respective class groups under Notification Channel.
c. Parents are requested to enable their notification “ON” in the Mobile Microsoft Teams App, so as to receive the notification pop up.
18. Parental cooperation & supervision in all aspects is appreciated.
Please find below the schedule for the online classes for classes 9 & 10. All parents & students are to note the day, timing and subjects properly. Students are to be regular for these online classes.
