STEP 4: If approved, the School District will be asked

to complete a digital letter of agreement which also

identifies which package they would like to receive.

Once the agreement is received, Hubert will work with

the School District on shipping logistics. Agreement

will ask the School District to:

• Report dairy usage at the school receiving the

equipment for the following months: October

2020; April 2021; October 2021; April 2022;

October 2022; April 2023

• Promote ag literacy efforts within the

district including:
