Leadership Deep Dive helps participants understand the underlying psychological and physiological processes that impact performance, and how to create and nurture relationships of deep emotional connection that inspire and sustain leadership.

Our extensive research in organizational behavior has led to new methods of motivating people in teams that are more effective as a group than the sum of the individuals. By developing an expertise in appreciative inquiry (AI), participants learn a proven approach to accelerating organizational change. AI inspires new thinking and commitment by drawing attention to core strengths. Participants will realize its applicability to a variety of situations, from conducting major business transformations and strategic planning to revitalizing the conversation around new ways of doing business.
