the starting date given at your application is the starting date that you are able to start studying at the UT!

 Mind the difference between application and enrolment (or registration): application means you ask if you are eligible, with enrolment you say you will come (if your application is accepted (with or without a bridging

programme). Not all official documents are directly needed for application (such as the diploma), however these are needed for enrolment (thus before you can start at UT)
