1. INTRODUCTION

Scivita, Inc. is a drilling solution specialist that supplies customized drilling packages for fixed platform, tension leg platform, jackup platform, semi-submersible, and drillship. Scivita helps customers deliver drilling projects by providing:

1) Proprietary designs of jackup, drilling ship, semi-submersible, pipelay barge, and pipelay ship;

2) Drilling equipment and packages for fixed platform, jackup, drillship, and semi-submersible;

3) Integration engineering to ensure the equipment from ourselves and other suppliers fit well with the vessel design.

Scivita has project experience in designing and delivering offshore drilling packages for platforms and vessels in Bohai Bay, South China Sea, West Africa, Caspian Sea, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Installation Engineering for PEMEX Drilling Rigs, 2006

Responsible for the engineering work covering the loadout, transportation, offshore transfer and installation of four sets of modular drilling rigs and living quarters for PEMEX platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

Main work scope includes：

1） Coordinate with transportation contractor on stowage plans;

2） Coordinate with the installation contractor on work scope interface issues; 3） Complete the engineering required for packaging the miscellaneous items; 4） Complete the lifting analysis and rigging MTO for the large modules; 5） Complete the seafastening design for transportation and offshore transfer;

6） Complete the sequence drawings for the loadout, offshore transfer and installation; 7） Complete a detailed installation plan covering all the phases from loadout to lifting to

Basic and Detail Design of Four (4) Platform Drilling Rigs and Four (4) Living Quarters for PEMEX Platforms, Gulf of Mexico, 2006

Responsible for completing the basic and detail design of four (4) sets of drilling rigs and four (4)sets of living quarters, and utility/draining systems for Pemex platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. The total man-hour for this project is in excess of 50,000.

Basic and Detail Design of Modular Drilling Rig for Jidong Artificial Island, 2005

Scivita was contracted to complete the basic design of the modular drilling unit to be used for the Jidong artificial island. The total man-hour for this project is 12,000 hours.

The scope of work includes all the disciplines that are necessary to complete the basic and detail design of a drilling unit, including:

Conceptual Design of PL Phase II WHPC Modular Drilling Rig, 2005

Completed conceptual design of two configurations for the PL19-3 II WHPC modular drilling rig. The work scope includes the following:

1) Developd design basis;

2) Completed drilling equipment layouts for 3000m and 4000m configurations; 3) Completed the escape route arrangement;

4) Completed equipment specifications and list;

5) Completed fire & gas system block diagrams and layouts; 6) Completed primary structure design and drafting;

7) Complete weight control report and constructability study; 8) Hosted two presentation meetings to clarify design.

Detail Design of NB35-2 Drilling Unit, 2004

Scivita was contracted to complete the detail design of the platform drilling unit to be used for NB35-2 wellhead platform in Bohai Bay. The total man-hour for this project is 23,000 hours.

The scope of work includes all the disciplines that are necessary to complete the detail design of a drilling unit, including:
