As one of America’s fastest growing cities in the fifth largest Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the country, Conroe is on the radar as a premier location for business relocations and expansions. Despite Conroe’s growth, its history as a sleepy agricultural town with oil and lumber as the economic mainstays hasn’t been forgotten. Today Conroe maintains that small town charm as a very livable community with a low crime rate, excellent health care and education and an incomparable quality of life. Beautiful Lake Conroe, Sam Houston National Forest and Jones State Forest, along with 390 acres of city park land and 8 public golf courses offer a wide range of exciting recreational opportunities.

Two city-owned business parks (Conroe Park North and Deison Technology Park) offer affordable shovel-ready land. Reliable utilities, accessibility to major freeways and highways and a skilled workforce make Conroe a natural choice for growing companies. Competitive incentive packages for business relocation and expansion offer the proverbial “icing on the cake.”

The Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport boasts a runway that can accommodate all types of business aircraft, a state-of-the-art air traffic control tower, three full-service FBO’s and a restaurant. An on-field U.S. Customs facility is under construction. George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston is a short 35 minute drive away and offers extensive

domestic and international flights. Conroe is also located just 45 miles north of the world-class Port of Houston.
