Rob Farrell is the President and Founder of StrateGrowth Partners. Rob has over 15 years of experience driving strategic revenue and profit growth with leading North American companies. He has been highly successful at enabling senior executives to implement custom sales processes and strategies to improve the effectiveness of all levels of sales organizations. Rob’s career background includes multiple senior management roles with Xerox, as a Vice President of Sales at LaserNetworks Inc., a North American Managed Print Services firm, as well as leading sales organizations with multiple enterprise software technology start-up companies. Stu Robb

Stu Robb is the Vice President of Business Development with StrateGrowth Partners. A big believer in sustainable processes and not just ‘one-off’ training sessions, Stu applies this belief to all recommendations or programs delivered to his customers.

Highly self-motivated and results oriented Sales Management Process and Training Consultant with over 20 years experience serving a broad range of markets and accounts. Expert qualifications in identifying and capturing market opportunities to increase revenues and improve profits. Combines innovative problem solving, gap analysis, sales training and follow through coaching while establishing positive

relationships and effective sales/marketing strategies. Focused on cultivating emerging markets, while expanding the existing customer base. Passionate about identifying ways to increase corporate visibility and revenue.

Prior to StrateGrowth Partners Stu worked for a diverse range of organizations, including small business startups; large corporations; private sector; and non-profits across North America.

Drawing on several years experience in sales training, sales management process development and coaching, Stu continues to focus on these strengths with all his customers.
