Established in 1947, AABB (formerly known as the American Association of Blood Banks) is an international, not-for-profit association dedicated to the advancement of science and the practice of transfusion medicine and cellular therapies. TRANSFUSION is AABB’s scholarly, peer-reviewed monthly

journal, publishing the latest technological advances,

clinical research and controversial issues related to

transfusion medicine, cellular and gene therapies and tissue
