From this database, you can download several types of pictures, presentations, press releases or training information on our fragrance lines.

Please notice that all printed matters that you intend to produce with the help of this database have to be approved in advance. The approval is fast and easy. Please do not hesitate to contact us at Art & Fragrance S.A. for further information on the database.

Once logged in, the database is divided into 3 parts 1. Navigation A New Search B Collection C Configuration D Logout 2. Search criterias

Search criterias and Object Information, only marked criterias are shown in the Content

3. Content

This is the Search Part, the Content is a dynamic window, Information will show up if marked in the Search criterias

We suggest you always mark the FILESIZE as this is a very important information for download time.



Download WITHOUT Conversion

Click on «Download» a new window will open – Choose your platform

o Mac o PC

– click on «Hires» – start download

Important: «Hires» must be marked, because our database doesn’t use Lowres Pictures

With this option you will download the entire file in it‘s original size. Please check the file size before starting download. The down-load WITHOUT Conversion is recommended if you want to reproduce large pictures or diapositives in optimum quality. Please check with the printer or your graphic designer which format is needed (jpg, tiff, eps, pdf) before starting download.

A5 Download with Conversion

Download WITH Conversion

With this application you can converse pictures for example as JPEG middle, RGB or 72 dpi. You can also change the size of the picture.

Important: «Hires» must be marked, because our database doesn’t use Lowres Pictures

We recommend to reduce picture sizes or dpis before downloading if you need the files for internal purposes or for layout only. The download time will be much shorter.

A6 PDF-Download and Preview

Click on PDF-Download and Preview and a new Popup Window opens

1. «Download» starts the download to your PC 2. «Preview» opens a PDF File into the browser

You do not have a desktop image program at your disposal? Then take PDF which you can open in the free-of-charge program Adobe reader (get it from www.adobe.com if needed)

PDF is also often used for transferring documents to a printer.

Objects marked as «Collect» will be put into your Collection.

Under «collection» you find all objects which have been marked beforehand. (Max 20 images).

Now, decide on what you want to do with it. You can either download one by one or click on Multidownload. If you chose Multidownload you can only fix one conversion for all pictures! Please check on file sizes before starting download.
