A leadership training series building effective leaders

within a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Too often, managers earn their fi rst position in leadership simply

due to performance. However, good performance doesn’t

always translate into great leadership, nor does it teach us how

to develop others effectively.

Management on Demand (MOD)

evaluates leaders and helps them create stronger and more

productive teams and a culture of collaboration.

upcoming season.”

MOD is a program designed to help leaders create

a winning culture. It reinforces what they do well,

examines where they can improve, and molds them into great leaders of exceptional teams.

The program includes four, unique, one-day sessions of team building exercises and practical assignments designed to better understand the importance behind great leadership techniques and a strong team culture. Intended for 36 participants or less, the MOD program is delivered over a specifi ed period of time, typically

one year. During the time between sessions, attendees

will have an accountability partner and assignments to complete before reconvening. Each subsequent session builds on the information and experiences of previous sessions, ultimately providing leaders with the tools and skills to develop and manage extraordinary people and extraordinary teams.

Gregg’s captivating, high-energy MOD series helps design the collaborative teams you need to produce the results you want. With Gregg’s concepts in place, the organization prospers with a stronger culture of

collaboration, teamwork, retention, and greater

profi tability. Through anecdotes, inspiration and real-life narratives, MOD is designed to develop highly motivated and effective leaders, equipped with the tools they

need to lead teams into greatness.

Gregg conducts pre-program interviews and conference calls to ensure your MOD series fi ts the needs of your

organization. In addition, throughout the series, Gregg

will be available to all participants, via email, to motivate, answer questions and assist with challenges.
