For argument, conspiracy, and war and for persons suffering from diseases, the chakra that may be considered is known as Surya-Kalanal-Chakra. It should be made on every Sankranti day.

From the nakshatra in which Sun is posited the placement shall begin, i.e., place the nakshatra in which Sun is traversing at Sl.no.1 and all the nakshatras, including Abhijit nakshatra, shall be placed in the above order.
If the janma nakshatra come in 1, 2 or 28th nakshatra from Sun’s nakshatra, one shall experience fear anxiety and phobia. If on the Rekhashtaka, i.e., 3, 4, 8, 10, 20, 22, 26 or 27th, one shall experience gains in all fields. The six nakshatras from east to west, i.e., 5, 6, 7, 23, 24 or 25th also will produce same results. In the two Shanga, i.e., 9th & 21st, one should pronounce curing of disease etc., and in the Mool-Traya, i.e., 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19th, one should carefully pronounce death.

SAPTA-SHLAKHA-CHAKRA
Sapta-Shlakha is basically a ready-reckoner chart drawn on the basis of 28 constellations including Abhijit. This has to be drawn for every individual separately.
First seven lines are drawn horizontally, i.e., from west to east and on top of it draw another set of seven lines vertically, i.e., from north to south. Now you will have 28 extremities.
These 28 extremities or points are to be reckoned from the right top most corner, i.e., northeast point from Krittika and are to be allotted to 28 stars, including Abhijit before Shrawan. As stated earlier, the counting is from Krittika nakshatra. Now, if from Krittika, the star in which the Sun is traversing should be pronounced to be the vedha asterism to the natal nakshatra or star in which one has to pronounce danger the life of the native.
If the Sun is in 19th nakshatra to the natal star known as Adhana Nakshatra, there will be fear and anxiety and if Sun is in the 10th star known as karmarksha then there will be loss of wealth.
Also, if a malefic planet (Saturn, Mars or Rahu) is also associated in the above position of Sun, then death or death-like trouble should be seen.
Conversely, if there is an association of a benefic planet to the traversing Sun, then there is no danger to the life. Also, if there is association of both benefic and malefic, then we have to judge by analysing the strength of the associated planets and pronounce the results.
If the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, 19th or 23rd star reckoned from natal star are afflicted by malefics during their respective transits, then there is a danger to life and if it is benefic, then there is loss of profession only.
Since the star in which Moon is placed during the time of birth should be seen as the first star and is known as Janmaraksha, 7th star is known as Vadham, 10th star is known as Karma Nakshatra, 19th star is called Anujanma or Adhana or even as Trijanma and 23rd star is called as Vainasika.
Also, if in the Janmaraksha (1st star) from Moon, Karmarksha (10th), Sarghathika (16th), Samudaya (18th), Adhana (19th), Vainasika (23rd), Jati (25th), Desa (26th) and
Abhisheka (27th) star, all reckoned from Moon, are associated with malefics on the day of
birth of a child then they will cause death on the very day of the birth and if associated with benefics, they will produce benefic results only.
If the three asterisms, i.e., Janma, Anujanma and Trijanma (1st, 10th &19th) star falls on a day similar to the day of an eclipse, Sun’s entry into a new rashi or any other
planets transit from one sign to another, then death or death-like situation should be expected.
