EZTEE 8/21/17 - Release Notes

Features
• EN-3471 Ability to create a block from the tee sheet
o Course operator used to have to go into Admin > Scheduling in order to create a Block, now they can do it directly from the tee sheet
• EN-3520 Past reservation history included in Reservation Search
o A course operator will be able to see today, future, and past reservations. Previously they could only see future reservations.
• EN-3473 Customer List Report
o Course operators can now run a Customer List report and filter based on Customer Type or Top Customers and Date Range
• EN-3581 Member Mobile Portal: when event is full change the display
o Now Members using the Member Portal on a Mobile device will see a new display and workflow that allows them to instantly see if an event is full. If the event is full, it will allow the member to click View and on the next screen add themselves to the event waitlist along with see the members currently booked into the full event.
• EN-3503 Online booking: new customer should assign Default customer type
o When a new customer completes a booking online, it will assign them the Default customer type. Previously was leaving the customer type Blank. Similar to this we fixed EN-3469 where existing customers booking online, it would Blank out their previously assigned customer type, now it will retain the original customer type done at the time of booking and not clear it out.
