Time frame of three months’ period for the baseline survey, analysis, policy formulation etc., appears to be too short for the nature of baseline survey and intensity of capturing validated data. Please examine and extend the date for completion of the entire work to eight months. An Action Plan defining milestones and progress from time to time will be helpful, not only for reporting to KBJNL but also for consultants to plan the activities and deployment of resources.
Time frame is as per the RFP and there is no change.

“If the rate(s) quoted by contractor for the work is below ninety percent of the estimated rates of the department then the contractor shall furnish an additional performance security in the form of Bank Guarantee for an amount equivalent to the difference between the cost as per quoted rate and 90% of the estimated rates. In case of contractor quoting rates above 125% of the estimated rates, then the amount over & above 125% will be withheld during the progress of work”.
