The information will be in the nature of a GIS layer of any type of network entity (poles, conductors, underground cable segments etc.) or location information etc. The facility could be used to point out all the poles and the conductor segments located along a road. The network solutions will be Automated Mapping / Facilities Management / Geographic Information System (AM/FM/GIS) solutions. With the collected GPS readings, latitude, longitude and altitude, the software will generate the final output as a vector GIS layer with point objects and associated attributes in standard GIS formats. It offers a very easy and well known technology (Short Messaging Service) as its source or line of data to the system. Concerned personnel from the franchises in different health facilities will be provided with an access to the web based application and will be assigned the facility with which they are entitled to cater the service. They will be provided with the facility codes prior to sending their data, or else they can also find the list once they login to the system or can also be provided by the designated authority at the control centre. Once they know their block code they can use the mobile application to send data to the control server for evaluation on a daily basis.
