1. I monitored a student’s mental health service plan in coordination with the school psychologist to ensure the effectiveness of their Medi‐Cal covered mental health services.
2. I monitored the health services of a student in coordination with the nurse to ensure the effectiveness of the individualized health care plan.
3. I monitored the emotional mental health needs of a student in coordination with the special education teacher as the case manager of the Medi‐Cal services received in the IEP.
