The contract unit price paid for “Furnish all Material and Perform all work necessary to Connect existing Electrical Panel to new Gate Controllers”, shall be considered full compensation for all work items including all labor, materials, breaker, tools equipment, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install all connections from Electrical Panel to Gate Controllers, per the plans. No measurement shall be made.

Bid Item 11, Wiring Card Reader / Video Intercom System: All work shall conform to Sections 200 & 300 of the City Standard Specifications. The contract unit price paid for “Wiring Card Reader / Video Intercom System”, shall be considered full compensation for all work items including all labor, materials, tools equipment, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install all wiring of power conductors from Electrical Panel to Operator, per the plans. No measurement shall be made.
