1.-Introduction

Given then that the use of information and computer resources of our company "MTI", must always be guided by the principle of diligence and fairness, behavior that is normally adopted as part of an employment relationship, "MTI" has adopted Internal Regulation intended to prevent unwitting behavior which could trigger problems or threats to data processing.security.

2.-Computer Network Operations

The network units are sharing areas of information which are strictly professional and cannot be used for different purposes.

Passwords to enter network programs are secret and have to be communicated and handled according to the procedures issued by "MTI".

"MTI", assigns each user an e-mail address, and this will be strictly for business use.

The people who have been assigned one of the email accounts are responsible for the proper use of them.

The use of corporate email accounts to send personal messages to participate in debates, forums or mailing lists is forbidden, unless authorized otherwise by the company.

3.- Data Privacy

All documentation and communications sent or received that has relevant content or that contain contractual or precontractual commitments must be read and approved by the management of "MTI".

It is forbidden to apply encryption systems, codification and similar to corporate data, unless specifically requested.

The Head of Information Technology is exclusively authorized to consult, download and download files on the server (read function) and to modify (write function).

An employee of MTI cannot disclose, publish or communicate in any way to third parties, directly or indirectly the information learned.

Technical Instructions for opening the LinkedIn profile

The e-mail connecting to the Linkedin profile, will be assigned by MTI. The email will be the only connection to the Linkedin profile. Under no circumstances should you modify the email address, the password, or any data regarding the profile. (for any requirement, please contact MTI).

5.- LinkedIn Profile Management Policies

The Linkedin profile is intended to "high profile" contact members (specialist doctors, general managers hospitals, politicians, hospital directors, associations specialized medical oncologists, cardiologists, patients' associations)

DO NOT accept contacts of medical tourism agencies in Linkedin profile!

(For "high level" contacts the social network Facebook will be used.)

Each state must accept only contacts with people / groups of their own state and not to other states or Italian ones.

Linkedin profiles MUST be linked together, so as soon as the profile is created, please contact the other profiles of Medical Tourism Italy.

Publishing posts on LinkedIn.

Once the LinkedIn profile is opened, every week / ten days a new post will be published (article) on LinkedIn profile, which will be a copy of the email.

How to proceed to publish a post taking a newsletter from the site www.medicaltourismitaly.com:

You will be sent to the word document of the email in order to effectively write and publish a post.

1. Open a new post on your profile. (to open it you have to set the language in English from the icon in the upper right corner with the MTI logo)

2. Each email has a picture of the head which must be stated on the post: click the image on the word document with the right mouse button, select "Save Image As" and save it to a folder on your computer.

3. Place picture as the post’s image.

4. Recreate the post (part document + images) as similar as possible to the email. 5. Place the links where they are found in the original email.

a. If it's an image: Select the image, click on the chain symbol in the upper right corner, enter the Internet address (example: www.medicaltourismitaly.com) If it's an email, just write the address and normally it will be recognized as such and the link will activate.
