Marketing An Aircraft

First we provide a realistic valuation of the aircraft. Aircraft

owners sign an exclusive agreement to commence the

marketing effort for a specific period of time. Freestream

commits to provide the following:

Presentation Package:

Freestream prepares an aircraft specification sheet that highlights

the strengths of the airplane relative to the rest of the marketplace.

Freestream will then provide the following to all “interested parties:”

– Aircraft specifications – Floor plan

– Maintenance information – Aircraft pictures

– Sample Letter of Intent (LOI)

Direct Mailing

 Freestream will identify the candidates best targeted to receive the information for your airplane.

 Our in-house designer selects the most turnkey attributes of the airplane to reflect upon its excellent pedigree including photo selection and custom ad design for a polished presentation.

 Direct mail letters with specifications and pictures are sent to owners and operators of all potential upgrade possibilities.

 With prior permission, direct calls, mail and brochures will be sent to all procurement agencies for governments throughout the world.

A one page brief specification is sent to all Part 135 Charter Operators.

Phone Calls

 Freestream firmly believes that our 300 per day outgoing calls distinguishes us from any other company. Our team markets the airplane by explaining the attributes through a one-on-one basis.

Client Feedback:

 Freestream will provide a weekly letter summarizing marketing efforts, responses and a market update.

 Freestream will immediately communicate any written offers for the airplane and provide a counter agreement as it pertains to price and terms.

 All offers will include a deposit, date of pre-purchase inspection and date of closing.

 Freestream will assist in determining which offer best suits a timely transaction with the least exposure.

Acquisitions

For clients in the market to purchase an aircraft, Freestream will perform the following services:

Identify:

 Provide a detailed review of the aircraft market on a bi-weekly basis.

 Contact all aircraft owners to seek out other potential aircraft not currently for sale on the open market.

Screen:

 Full specifications, photographs, maintenance information and interior layout will be

presented upon receipt of complete information for your perusal in print and via e-mail for the two (2) best values on the market.

 Logbook review and visual inspection to be completed at the home base of each aircraft by

certified inspector.

 A written report shall be provided detailing additional costs to upgrade the aircraft and digital pictures depicting interior details will be provided within 24 hours of inspection.

Deposit:

 Escrow account opened at Insured Aircraft Title Services, Inc. or AIC Title Service, LLC.

Letter of Intent (LOI):

 Offers to Purchase and subsequent Counter-Offers or LOI’s drafted (with an aviation specific

Inspect:

 Buy Inspection slot will be secured with a Factory Authorized Service Center.

Pre-Purchase Inspection attended by mutually agreeable Freestream Aircraft USA Ltd. representative or certified maintenance technician.

Structure:

 Protecting client’s exposure and net worth while complying with regulations is considered

when determining the what, where, and how the entity takes title to the airplane. Whether the aircraft is operated (privately or commercially and where the aircraft is physically based drives the decision making process at this point. Freestream acts as a guide and directs clients to the appropriate counsel if it is required to set up the correct form of ownership.

Close:

 All closing documentation for the FAA, EASA and Escrow prepared and submitted on your

behalf.

 All pertinent licensing and service contracts will be transferred to your account.
