OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

1. To understand the process and policies of breakages settlement of Everest as well as of its competitors.

2. To ascertain the satisfaction level among the customers regarding breakages in Everest products.

3. To determine the areas of improvement and things to be done to enhance the satisfaction level.

(53)

CHAPTER- III

(54)

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

In order to understand the satisfaction level of the customers, I have prepared a questionnaire consisting of both structured as well as unstructured questions. Some of the question are close ended where as others are open ended. To get the responses, I went to Haryana region mainly Sonepat, Gannaur, Asandh, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, and Ambala. For the analysis of the responses, I have used excel sheet to come to a conclusion regarding preferences and behavior of a respondent and continued this procedure for all the respondents. I used pie charts to come to the final conclusion as to determine the positive and negative attitudes of customer towards the Breakages Settlement Process and Policies adopted by EVEREST INDUSTRIES LIMITED.
