Ingram Micro has joined the Micro- soft® Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)

program which allows partners, via the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, to sell Microsoft Office 365 directly to their customer base. Partners can now leverage the marketplace to pur-chase, provision and bill customers monthly for Office 365. Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, and Access) —always the latest ver-sions—let you create, edit, and share data from a PC/Mac, iPad®, tablet, or phone with anyone in real time.

Migrating to Office 365 with SkyKick

For customers that are migrating from another email system to Office 365, the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace provides you with the ability to resell email migration services from SkyKick. SkyKick is a new kind of email migration application suite that enables businesses to move to Office 365.

The SkyKick application suite assists with:

Planning — Web Planner. The Web Planner delivers a personalized email migration plan for each business.  Email Assessment – Analyzes the email environment to ensure a successful migration.

 Mailbox Discovery – using the source email system’s configuration, proposes equivalent Office 365 subscriptions and displays results by mailbox

 Fancy Mode – View and edit mailboxes, distribution groups, aliases, shared mailboxes. Perform complex migra-tion scenarios like cross mailbox migramigra-tions.

 Office 365 Licensing – Assign the right Office 365 licenses to each specific user.

Moving Email — Migration Sync. Migration Sync technology moves the source server data and sets up the Office 365 account.

 Server Sync –Syncs the email, calendar, contact data (and more) before, during, and after the migration date  DNS Sync – Utilizes the new Office 365 tenant space name to strive for zero email downtime.

 Account Sync–Provisions the Office 365 account, users, and licenses according to the plan created in the Web Planner.

Setting up — Outlook Assistant. The Outlook Assistant sets up Outlook and moves client side data to reduce the friction and frustration for end users.

 Outlook Setup –Automatically sets up the new Outlook profile and connects to Office 365.

 Local Outlook PST Migration – Moves locally cached versions of source server POP3/IMAP data to Office 365.

A: No, this support is provided free of charge and is available 7/24.

Q: Can you give me details on your SLA?

A: Ingram Micro has over 150 support associates available to help you with your questions via phone,

chat or email. Our goal is one call resolution targeted for 80% of incidents.

Q: How is your support experience different than others?

Ingram Micro has joined the Microsoft® Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program which allows partners, via the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, to sell Office 365 directly to their customer base while combining with their own solutions and services. Partners own the complete customer lifecycle through direct billing, provisioning, management, and may provide support or resell a support option offered through Ingram Micro. In addition, the CSP program enables partners to:

How do I purchase Office 365?

Office 365 is purchased through Cloud Marketplace (www.ingrammicrocloud.com). The marketplace allows partner to purchase, provision, manage and invoice Office 365 solutions with confidence and ease.

Does this require a separate

agreement with Ingram Micro?

You need an Ingram Micro Reseller

Agreement to resell Office 365. Additionally, you will need to accept Ingram Micro Cloud Services General Terms of Service on the cloud marketplace, as well as the Microsoft reseller and customer agreement once Office 365 is purchased. If you choose to resell migration services, Skykick will issue a reseller agreement at time of purchase as well.

How do I benefit from this offer?

Which size customers should I target?

Office 365 for SMB is intended for the 1-300 seat count, and Office 365 for Enterprise is for the 1 –

‘any seat count’ space. No minimums apply.
