Checking Application Status Online

In this session we will discuss:

Signing up for BlueAccess.

Logging on to the Individual Application Status Pages.

Viewing application status.

Viewing attachments.

Sign up for BlueAccess

Before using BlueAccess, you must complete the

registration process. First log on to

www.bcbst.com and click on the Register Now link. Before using BlueAccess,

BlueAccess Registration – Step 1

Please enter your Tax ID and Email Address.

The tax id can either be the agency’s tax id or the

broker’s SSN.

The email address needs to be an address you can

readily access for authentication purposes.

BlueAccess Registration – Step 2

This screen confirms the information entered from Step 1.

Continue by creating your User Name, Password and Security Question for BlueAccess.

User ID: You must create a user ID. It must be 3-15

characters long and may only contain letters, numbers, and the underscore ( _ ) character.

Password: You must choose a password for your

account. It must be at least 6 characters long, contain only letters and numbers, and must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number.

The password is case-sensitive, so please note your use of upper case and lower case characters.

Retype password: You must retype your password for

verification.

When complete please click the Continue Button at the bottom of the form.

Broker Registration Confirmation

The link within the email navigates to this screen. Enter your License

Number on your

Tennessee Insurance License.

If the tax id you used is for an agency, any

license number

associated with a broker within the agency will suffice.

After reading the Usage Agreement check the checkbox and click the Activate my Account Button.

Once Registration is complete you will see this screen. You are now able to log into BlueAccess.
