For the third year running Croydon TV’s stand at the Cannes Film Festival attracted much attention with its three foot high solid letters spelling out ‘TV’. A large screen depicted how Croydon TV is unique amongst UK television broadcasters in producing all of its own content. Shows like our ‘Today Show’ the ‘Real Women Show’, the ‘Business Show’ and particularly Sandra Hutton-Miller’s ‘Looking Good Feeling Great Show’ brought considerable interest and praise.

‘Fab on Camera’. helps business people deliver confident, relevant and memorable pieces to camera to engage with their audience and stand out from the competition. AMP House - View on our ‘Today Show’ Channel

The exceptional exterior of AMP House is matched by the no expense spared interior. The glass fronted entrance with it’s revolving door entrance, preventing incursion of the weather to the spacious re modelled reception area and the newly installed four bank high speed lifts from Coney one of the UK’s leading manufacturers, it is all tasteful and to the highest quality. Indeed, whilst the interior design is impressive, it is the amount of natural light from the continuous windows which enhance the working environment, to say nothing of the magnificent views across Croydon and as far as Canary Wharf on a clear day.

With its highly attractive modern looking exterior the

building has recently been completely refurbished with

a spend of circa £2.4 million to a very high specification.

It boasts a calm and pleasant working environment with

an abundance of natural light being one of the key

features of the building. AMP House provides a relaxed

and professional atmosphere with the management

dedicated to maintaining and improving standards so

that every tenant feels the same sense of pride when

working and welcoming visitors. AMP House also

benefits from two hundred plus car parking spaces, which

is an exceptional advantage in such a prime location.

AMP HOUSE ACHIEVES AN A* GRADE

THE RETURN OF CONFIDENCE IN CROYDON

Stiles Harold Williams and Savills have let newly refurbished office space at AMP House to Trinity College London advised by HMC. The international examinations board has agreed a new 10-year lease on part of the tenth floor office suite, which totals 4,700 sq ft (437 sq m). The accommodation was offered at a quoting rent of £18.50 per sq ft (£199 per sq m).

Trinity has relocated its UK operation from Central London, taking advantage of the more competitive operational running costs and the excellent transport links Croydon has to offer. With plans for a major new retail centre, with works due to start on the redevelopment of the Whitgift and Centrale Shopping Centre in 2014 and committed investment in infrastructure and public realm, Trinity College were convinced Croydon is a revitalised centre that is only going to improve over time.

Most recently high end travel agents, Sakkara International, relocated from the West End. Mohamed Abdel Hadi, managing director of Sakkara International, comments: “We chose AMP House as it offers proximity to transport links and central London, competitive and flexible terms and an excellent standard of accommodation”

Andrew Willcock, associate director at Savills, adds: “AMP house offers high specification refurbished office space in a range of flexible workspace options from managed suites to larger floor plates of up to 10,000 sq ft, available on longer, conventional lease terms. Boasting a prominent and well-connected location and at competitive rates, the scheme continues to attract new occupiers to Croydon and this latest deal to Trinity builds on the property’s persistent success.”

Published by: Internet Television Broadcasting Corporation (Delaware, USA) [email protected]

Our ‘Today Show’ featuring the Croydon Visitor Centre attracted a huge number of viewers from across the whole of London and the home counties, but we were never likely to match the 400,000 who have used the Centre since it opened. The helpful staff were joined by Matthew Sims from Coydon Bid and together they gave us a real insight into how the Centre provides such a useful service to locals and visitors alike.
