Partnering – Improved communications and issue resolution. Open honest communications.

Change Management – Aim for resolution of changes in 30 days for typical small

actions. Communication of priorities.

Issue Resolution – Claims only get worse with time. Elevate claims/disputes in the

organization for prompt decisions. We may disagree, but that is OK. Everyone knows where

they stand.

Design Quality – Better designs prevent issues in the field. Allows focus on construction and

not fixing the design.
