CLASSIFICATION TABLE NOTES

This classification section should be used as a tool for establishing which classes of business may be

submitted, written, have restrictions, require special endorsements or applications, have footnotes or are

strictly prohibited.

Each class has been separated into four coverage categories:

1. PROPERTY [PROP]

2. PREMISES/OPERATIONS [P/O]

3. PRODUCTS AND COMPLETED OPERATIONS [P/CO]

4. CRIME

After each coverage category for a given class you will see one of the following:

Class Code

*

This is an acceptable class and can usually be written within our binding authority.

Comment Section will reflect if this class can only be written on a non-admitted basis. You may

also need to review your State Exception pages. There may be other criteria which make the risk

only acceptable on a non-admitted basis.

( ) = Some class codes require prior quote approval from the insurer, and CenCal will need

additional time to secure the authorization. Those classes will be noted as Refer to Company.

NO =

The class or coverage category is a prohibited risk.

We have indicated specific exclusions and rating rules applicable to each classification. The exclusions apply

in all cases unless the underwriter has formally waived the requirement prior to binding and apply in addition

to all other mandatory endorsements or exclusions.

We have attempted to list as many classes as possible. If you cannot locate a particular class, or if none of

the classifications adequately describe the insured's operations, please contact us for assistance. We are here

to help you grow your business by making you a knowledgeable hero to the customer.
