The ARBOGA grinding and polishing machines are manufactured for heavy duty use in industry. First class grinding wheels, adjustable spark arrestors, eye shields and tool rests are standard equipment.
A wide range of accessories is available ensuring maximum flexibility and utilisation for workshop use.
The ARBOGA 308 and 312 can be fitted with a belt arm either on one side or on both sides. The belt arm is built for heavy duty and made of steel plates. The belt arm is quick and easy to adjust. The belt is changed by a simple and swift operation.

The ARBOGA industrial grinders and polishers can be fitted with powerful exhaust systems. There are two options: the KU extraction and the EX-16 extraction. Both are very powerful extraction units and can meet the demand of the modern day industry.
The EX-16 extraction unit is built into the pedestal of the machine. Consequently this extraction unit will not take up extra space in the workshop.
All ARBOGA double ended grinders are fitted with an emergency switch as standard. The emergency switch is mounted either in the pedestal for foot operation or for the bench models fitted with a cord so it can be placed in the best
position for the user.
The main switch on the ARBOGA machines is a DISA switch. This ensures a steady power supply and quality.
The KU extraction unit is fitted on the back of the machine.

BEP 308 with AXIOM eyeshield
The simple drill grinding solution
The ARBOGA BEPAB 308 with drill grinding attachments A & B mounted on a pedestal with working table and water cup. This machine grinds twist drills from 4 - 60 mm with a point angle of 116-118º. The BEP machines are also available with just attachment A (BEPA 308) with drill grinding capacity 4-30mm or just attachment B (BEPB 308) with drill grinding capacity 30-60mm. If only one drill grinding attachment is fitted to the machine, it leaves several options available on the other side of the machine, e.g. grinding wheel, polishing wheel, belt arm, deburring attachment, etc. - all depending on each customer’s individual needs.
The ARBOGA BEPAB 308 consists of a motor with cup wheels, mounting base, and two drill holders for drills 4-30 mm (A) and 30-60 mm (B), respectively. The standard equipment includes a diamond dresser and holder, eye shields, pedestal, working table and water cup. Tool rests are not standard on the BEPAB machine.
The twist drill is placed in the drill grinding attachment. Firmly put your thumb on the drill to hold it in the attachment and with a firm movement swing the attachment/arm from left to

perfect condition – therefore the cup wheel must be dressed regularly. A dressing diamond and a holder are supplied with the machine.

ARBOGA industrial belt grinders are designed for continuous heavy duty grinding, and the quality underlined is by more than a decade of manufacturing experience. The machines are characterised by a compact and strong design. The machines are fitted with an adjustable tool rest, eye shield and motor protection switch with built in no-volt release and an emergency stop button. Even though the machines are made for heavy duty the noise level is always below 80 dBA.
The ARBOGA belt grinders are fitted with easy to use belt travel regulation. This is a very important detail for the life span of the contact wheel. The belt travel is adjusted near to the axle of the contact wheel. Easy to adjust before starting
to grind.
Obtaining the perfect grinding result is with either hard or soft rubber coating on the contact wheel. All contact wheels from ARBOGA are delivered as standard in hardness 70 duro. Harder or softer rubber coatings are available on request.
On the top of all ARBOGA belt grinders there is a large grinding surface, making it unnecessary to dismount the grinder. The large protection cover ensures the safety of the user while operating the machine.

All standard models are prepared for a central exhaust system. All models are available with/without a powerful built-in double exhaust system – with dust bags as standard on exhaust models.
As an accessory ARBOGA can supply a Cyclone with dust collection, micro filter and cyclone rack to all ARBOGA belt grinders with built in exhaust. The cyclone’s operating principle obtains the best possible utilisation of the unique ARBOGA powerfully built in exhaust systems - as there is no resistance to stop the airflow. Inside the cyclone the air and the grinding dust is kept separated. The air flows out of the top of the cyclone, while the grinding dust is led to the bottom of the cyclone dust collector.
The cyclone with dust collection is the perfect solution for simple and efficient collection of dust without reduction in the exhaust quality.

The ARBOGA combined pipe and belt grinder is a high quality and very versatile machine. The machine can be used both as a normal standard belt grinder and a pipe notching machine. The machine is fitted with a sturdy cross table at the front of the machine which easily can be removed if the belt grinder has to be used as a standard belt grinder. All need is just to fit a normal contact wheel on the machine and it is operational. (conversation kit)
The cross table can be adjusted in every way – can tilt, height adjust and side adjust. This makes the machine perfect for precision grinding.
As an accessory a conversation kit can be supplied. This makes it possible to convert from pipe notcher to belt grinder
in a few minutes. The conversation kit consists of a normal standard contact wheel, a standard tool rest and a spark box.

The ARBOGA 75CG Centreless grinding and polishing machines are supplied with a newly developed centreless attachment. This attachment can be mounted on all belt grinders with a belt of 75x2000 mm and with a large grinding surface on top. The Centreless grinding attachment is easy to operate and grinds/polishes all pipes and tubes from ø20-100 mm.
ARBOGA CG Centreless grinding and polishing machines are unique compared to other centreless grinders on the market, because the machine remains fully functional as a belt grinder, even when the centreless grinding attachment is fitted. It is not necessary to dismount the centreless attachment, when using the belt grinder for normal grinding operations. Both the contact wheel and the flat grinding surface on top are available for normal grinding and polishing, even when the attachment is on the machine.
The accessory consists of the following parts: 1. Attachment with separate drive motor and gearbox.

The ARBOGA 75CGW is suitable to sand, grind, clean, or polish tubes with a diameter ranging from 5 to 150 mm. and a maximum weight of approximately 20 Kg. The centreless units can operate at variable speeds to adjust the rolling speed to the diameter of the piece, and are equipped with three different supports as standard. The counter wheels are adjusted electronically and in continuous progression from 15 to 75 rpm.
The contact wheels can be replaced with other wheels with different hardness to obtain the best results. The prismatic guide that supports the piece is easy to adjust and covered with plastic anti-friction material, which can be replaced with fibre brushes.
The electrical system is in compliance with normal standards and installed in a sealed metallic box.
