Our training team will explain in detail how your Konica Minolta production Colour printing system can be configured and used to match your application needs, highlighted from your training needs analysis. A full explanation of how the print controller can be used within your existing workflow, basic colour management skills and knowledge on how to be productive with your new system, using key features. Your operator will understand how to use the features and capabilities of the engine and controller applying their knowledge to manage print jobs, print on different paper stocks, jam clearance and change consumables.

Konica Minolta’s Customer Maintenance Support (CMS) training enables print providers and commercial printers to carry out preventive system care. Fully trained key operators will be allowed to change certain parts without any technical assistance from Konica Minolta – allowing you to maximise your uptime and take control, especially important when planning key production times, or when working out of service hours.

Managing brand colours is crtical to ensuring print jobs are not rejected. This course allows opeartors to fully understand the essentials for setting up and maintaining colour. How to profile your engine to your customers stocks and key skills needed to maintain colour accuaracy. This ensures your clients need for brand integrity are matched time and time again. We will also show you how to get the best measurement and control tools for printed output, creating high quality ICC printer profiles.

How do you know your training has worked? Our training evaluation and follow up service allows you to review this so that you can measure your return on investment. Our Training Account Managers visit you eight to twelve weeks after the original training, discussing student feedback received, and how the student performed on the course. Together we will explore if the training has met your initial needs, and if there are any gaps needed to be re addressed. We will then actively agree on what additional training is required to guarantee results.
