CTR Learning provide Leadership & Management training, including Security and Risk related courses and relevant skills training in order to develop individuals and organisations.

Leadership & Management training
CTR Learning provide leadership and management training and mentoring to individuals and
organisations in order for them to identify their overall aims and to also help them achieve those aims, through certified leadership and management courses.

Security & Risk
Management training
Our security and risk management related courses have been designed to equip the learner with the skills and knowledge to work effectively within a security management or team leader role. CTR have operational experience working within security and high risk environments, this allows an enhanced perspective of the level and content of programs that students will benefit from.
We understand the varying levels of risk and this is why our range of courses reflect this from our leading Security and Risk management courses through to safety management courses.

Health and Safety
Our range of health and safety courses have been designed to ensure employees, contractors and managers gain the most effective education in order to promote safe working environments in their daily work routines.
