Pulso Inmobiliario is a company engaged in real estate development in the hotel industry, corporates, industrial warehouses, and commer-cial sectors.
It presently has 29 companies, 122 direct collaborators, and 4,000 indirect collaborators.
We have developed more than 350,000 m2 of AAA offices spaces in the most important avenues of Mexico City for example: Torre NY Life, Torre Mapfre, Torre Banorte and Citi-Center. Torre Manacar is also a complex that includes a mall.
In addition we have 150,000 m2 under construction in Mexico City area.

Serfimex is a financial broker that grants credit to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), pure and financial leases to individuals and legal entities for acquiring private property and working capital, as well as bridge loans for housing developers for building housing complexes and commercial equipment.
Operating nationwide since 2009, currently has more than 60 direct collaborators, our head offices are located in the neuralgic business and corporate hub, in the Torre Acuario in Santa Fe.
Founded in 1998 for the manufacturing and commercialization of yarn, currently with two divisions:
Yarn: nationwide leader in the import and commercialization of synthetic fibers, polyester filament yarn, polyester spun yarn, rayon/viscose spun
yarn, nylon filament yarn and elastane among others. We are the strategic partner for the largest fabric manufactures in the country.
Fabric: manufacturing and commercializing knitted high fashion fabrics, under the strictest worldwide quality controls.
Etilabel is a company that manufactures embroidered labels, bracelets and shields; being leaders in the sector.
It has been operating at our plant in the Estado de Mexico since 2008. We presently have 73 collaborators, the best Swiss and German next generation equipment.
Ziporex is a company that imports and commercialize clothes. It started up operations in 1988. Currently being a licensee of NFL, Furor and other trademarks, it has eight stores in Mexico City. 180 collaborators are part of our team. Some of our distribution chain are Liverpool, Coppel, Comercial Mexicana, Sears, among others.
It is a company that imports and markets motorcycle spare parts and accessories for all models.
Our warehouse has more than 4,000 different replacement part items for all types of motorcycles at very competitive prices.
A new concept in Mexico with a different strategy for marketing and offering our products through:
- Our own stores
- Shared spaces with commercial partners - PDQ stands in convenience stores
- Traditional sale through retail stores.
Top Mart offers timely, novel products at a competitive price and top quality in a wide range of lines: home, pets, stationery, hardware, party, hygiene and beauty products, toys, clothes, seasonal (christmas, love and friendship, mother's and father's day, back to school, halloween).
Limpiamex born in 2013, focused on the preservation of clean and pleasant environments.
It has 630 collaborators trained in various areas related to cleaning, care, and conservation of spaces.
Some of our commercial partners are Liverpool, Grupo Modelo, and Sport City.
