We host very popular training options called "Power Breakfasts" from 7:00 to 7:50 AM on Monday through Wednesday of the conference. These sessions draw about 50% of conference attendees, and we offer about 50% as many of these sessions concurrently as we do in our primary breakouts. As a result, these sessions are attended as heavily as any in the conference.
During your session you can provide a detailed demonstration of your solution or educate accountants in a way that emphases the value of your solution. Some sponsors also use Power Breakfasts to recruit new members into their reseller or recommender channels, speaking to the benefits of membership and the consulting and commission opportunities their program offers accountants.

GENERAL GUIDELINES AND CONDITIONS
Woodard Events, LLC. will make every best faith effort to leverage the Scaling New Heights
conference to create awareness for your product and, as a result, to increase your sales.
However, our effort to do so is within the scope
and limitations of this sponsorship agreement.
Also, Woodard Events, LLC. is not legally
responsible to you as sponsor or contractually responsible for any impact of this conference on your company or your company’s sales and as such we cannot guarantee a minimum level
of benefit to you from your participation in this
conference.
SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATIONS Some sponsorships include a set number of sponsorship registrations. These registrations are to be used for your company’s employees to attend the event for the purpose of promoting your products or services.
Third parties can also attend as part of your sponsorship support staff using sponsorship
registrations. However, these third parties
are not able to attend conference sessions, including but not limited to keynotes, breakout sessions, labs, etc. unless that session is presented by your third party representative or by an employee of your company.
If you need to add sponsorship registrations to
your sponsorship package you can do so at the following rates:

3 Additional Attendees)
3) Silver and Silver Plus Exhibitors - $450/ each (Maximum of 2 Additional Attendees)
ENDORSEMENTS
Exhibiting at the conference is not an endorsement by Woodard Events, LLC. or by
any its operating trade names including but not limited to: Woodard™, Woodard Consulting,
Scaling New Heights, National Network and Insightful Accountant. Promotion of an endorsement by Woodard Events, LLC. or
promotion of a partnership with Woodard
Events, LLC. is strictly prohibited.
EXHIBITION SPACE AND LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
The Sponsor agrees to promote only products developed by the sponsor’s company during the conference. The sponsor will not share assigned exhibit space with another business. This restriction applies to non-exhibiting third parties like manufacturers and distributors
regardless of the nature of your affiliation
with the third party. Any company found to be exhibiting more than one company’s product
as part of their official conference sponsorship will be subject to a separate exhibitor fee for
each company promoted. When you accept the terms of your sponsorship agreement you agree, in advance, to pay this fee on the behalf of the third-party Company (or companies) you promote during the event.
EXHIBITION LOCATIONS
We cannot guarantee any specific exhibit space, though we will take requests for specific
exhibit placements and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. We prioritize requests for exhibit locations based on your Company’s past sponsorship level and placement, on your Company’s current sponsorship level (e.g. Gold or Silver) and then
on a first come, first serve basis. Booth locations
that have been vacated due to a current sponsor pulling out from the event or upgrading to a
different location after 4/1/2017 will become available on a first come first serve basis to existing sponsors. Woodard Events, LLC. will provide notification of available booth locations via email and the sponsorship portal. Existing sponsors will have 48 hours to email a new registration form to secure a new location. If no existing sponsors respond to the notification we
will open available locations to new sponsors. EXHIBIT GUIDELINES
Woodard Events, LLC. has the right to make
any exhibitor change the nature of their exhibit or change the activities in their exhibits if the exhibit or exhibitor activities become a distraction to conference activities or the activities of other exhibitors. This “distraction” extends to any signage, display, computer presentations or exhibitor activities that could be offensive to other exhibitors, to conference
attendees, to hotel management and/or to
attendees of other events held at the hotel.
Either Woodard Events, LLC. or the hotel can
deem activity as distracting per this agreement
at its sole discretion. If your exhibit material,
personnel or activity are deemed distracting you are not entitled to any refund of exhibit fees - even if your exhibit becomes less effective as
a result. We strongly encourage you to provide copies or markups of your exhibit materials to
Scaling New Heights prior to the conference if
you have any concerns about appropriateness, noise levels, oversized display sizes, or other potentially distracting elements.
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to obtain
necessary licenses and permits that are required as part of the exhibit. This responsibility extends to any sessions presented by exhibitors. Any outcome of the failure to secure necessary licenses and permits is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
Your signage and booth furniture must not
expand beyond your booth’s perimeter and will
not have a height greater than 10 feet without prior approval by Woodard Events, LLC.
No wireless routers are allowed on the conference floor without prior, written permission by Woodard Events, LLC..
HOTEL GUIDELINES
All exhibitions and promotional materials (including exhibition placement) must meet standards required by the hotel and the standards imposed by State and Federal
agencies (e.g. fire codes).
DAMAGES TO HOTEL PROPERTY
Exhibitors cannot attach anything to any walls
or other vertical structures at the hotel without
the specific permission of both the hotel and Woodard Events, LLC.. Additionally, if any
sponsor’s materials or sponsorship activities result in any level of damage to hotel property, it is the sponsor’s responsibility to reimburse the hotel for these damages.
SHIPPING/MATERIAL STORAGE The sponsor is responsible for the shipping and receiving of exhibit and promotional materials.
Woodard Events will not pay for or reimburse
the sponsor for any costs related to the shipping
or storage of sponsorship materials. You should
coordinate the storage of materials directly with
the hotel. You will need to ship all packages per instruction provided to you by Woodard Events,
LLC. Though we do not expect materials storage to be an issue, we cannot guarantee our drayage
company and/or hotel will have space for your
materials until noon on the day before the conference at the earliest.
SECURITY
Though we make every reasonable effort to secure the exhibit space, the exhibit areas are not considered by the hotel to be a secure location.
Neither Woodard Events, LLC. nor the hotel will
be responsible for the safety of the property of
the exhibitors. Woodard Events, LLC. shall not
be held accountable or liable for any form of loss, including but not limited to damages, harm,
or injury to the person or any property of the
exhibitor.
COMPETING PRODUCTS
Exhibiting at the conference does not guarantee
the exclusion of competitors from sponsoring the conference, exhibiting at the conference
and/or leveraging the conference in any way that is approved by Woodard Events, LLC.

CONDUCTING COMPETING EVENTS Sponsors are not permitted to conduct events marketed to or targeted to accounting technology consultants, accounting
professionals, QuickBooks ProAdvisors and/or Intuit Premier Resellers within 50 miles of the Scaling New Heights event or within 10 days of
the start and completion of the event.
Exhibitors are not allowed to offer their own
training sessions or non-exhibitor activities for conference attendees without written
permission from Woodard Events, LLC. management. Exhibitors violating this rule will
be removed from the event without refund. TAPING POLICY
Woodard Events, LLC. prohibits any video or
audio taping of any sessions or any general activities like exhibit space, social events or conducting taped attendee interviews during
Scaling New Heights without prior approval by Woodard Events, LLC. management. If you do receive permission from Woodard Events, LLC.
management to conduct any video or audio
taping, Woodard Events, LLC. will determine
the level at which you can distribute the
media of the Scaling New Heights conference,
including but not limited to streaming video and promotional uses.
TRAINING SESSIONS AND KEYNOTE ADDRESSES
Some sponsorship packages include speaking sessions during the conference. Other packages provide you with eligibility to purchase speaking
sessions and/or keynote addresses during the
conference.
Session and keynote topics/learning objectives are subject to the approval of Woodard Events,
LLC..
For your speaking session you will receive the
AV package that is standard to the room in
which you are presenting. For larger rooms, this may include one microphone for the presenter. For other sessions in smaller rooms we may not
provide a microphone for the instructor and/ or any panelists or co-instructors. If you need
additional, non-standard audio visual equipment you must request this equipment in writing no
later than May 15, 2017. Woodard Events, LLC.
will invoice you for any non-standard audio
visual equipment at 100% the rate charged to us
by the hotel or conference center.
Presenting sessions at Scaling New Heights
requires you to provide materials to our conference teams including, but not limited to: lesson plans, course descriptions, course
outlines, published instructors/co-instructions,
PowerPoint presentations and hand-outs. To
participate as a trainer during Scaling New Heights you must provide us with the following
materials no later than the following due dates. • January 15, 2017 – Course Title,
Description, Learning Objectives and Instructor
• February 28, 2017 – Course Outlines
• March 31, 2017 – Draft of PowerPoint
presentations and attendee handouts • April 30, 2017 - Final PowerPoint
presentations and attendee handouts
If you do not meet any of the above deadlines, Woodard Events, LLC. reserves the right to
cancel your speaking session and transfer your placement in our conference schedule to another sponsor. Should we exercise this option, you will receive a full refund of your speaker investment, provided this investment is not
included in your Sponsorship Level, less a 20%
transfer fee.
CANCELLATION/REFUND
If Woodard Events, LLC. should have to cancel
the event for any reason, the sponsor is entitled
to a complete refund. However, no exhibitor
registration is refundable for any reason if the conference occurs on the published dates and
in the published locale (e.g. published city to
include surrounding areas). Woodard Events,
LLC. reserves the right to change the hotel without refund to exhibitors.
If you should cancel your sponsorship by July 29, 2016 you are entitled to a complete refund
of any deposits or payments made for the
applicable Scaling New Heights conference. If you cancel your registration by October 31, 2016 you are responsible for 50% of
your sponsorship fee. Should you cancel your
sponsorship after October 31, 2016 you are
responsible to pay the entire sponsorship fee per your sponsorship registration.
Your registration is transferable. Should Woodard Events, LLC. sell all available
sponsorship opportunities we will transfer your registration to a company on our waiting list,
subject to transfer fee equal to 20% of your total sponsorship package. Your refundable cancellation is on a first come, first serve basis
and the companies to whom you transfer your
sponsorship are queued by Woodard Events, LLC. management based on a first come first
serve basis. We cannot guarantee you will be able to transfer your sponsorship to another company should you need to cancel your registration.

ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If your order form includes products or services from Insightful Accountant, your order form constitutes an insertion order. Advertiser is, as a result, contracting for the dates/term listed in this insertion order. Any changes and/or cancellations to this insertion order must be made in writing. Advertising cancellations are permitted, but must be made at least 2 weeks before the ad is to be served. All incomplete schedules are subject to a short rate. All prices quoted are contingent upon fulfilling the obligations of the program you select. Any changes in the level of commitment will result in short-rates to the published rates. Webinar contracts must be cancelled within 30 days of the published wenar date and are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty. All advertising is subject to Publisher’s approval. Position of advertising is at the discretion of Publisher, except where agreed upon in writing. In no event shall Insightful Accountant LLC be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages, nor shall its liability for any act, error, omission, whether or not due to its negligence, exceed the cost of the advertising space ordered. In consideration of Insightful Accountant LLC’s publishing advertising, the advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify Insightful Accountant, LLC against any loss liability, damages, and expenses arising out of Insightful Accountant LLC’s copying, printing, or publishing such advertising. If materials have not been received by the material deadline, Insightful Accountant LLC reserves the right to run materials on hand.
