Offered with all of our highly flexible standard welding cable products. Available in any required length, in our FIVE stocked colors – black, blue, green, red and yellow. Choose our orange Ultra-Flex welding cable for the ultimate in flexibility, reducing arm fatigue. Coiled, boxed and shrink wrap packaging available.

BOOSTER DUPLEX JUMPER CABLE

CONSTRUCTION:

Highly flexible annealed bare copper conductor 30 gauge insulated with a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jacket. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +90°C (-40°F to +194°F). Rated to 600 volts. Meets or exceeds ASTMB-172. Stocked on 250 ft. reels. Coiled, boxed and shrink wrap packaging available for custom lengths. A nylon zipper bag is available for pre-assembled sets.

APPLICATION:

Heavy duty booster cables for battery service and SB type connectors for plug in convenience.

BULK CABLE

FLEX-A-PRENE WELDING CABLE

CONSTRUCTION:

Highly flexible annealed 30 gauge bare copper conductor, insulated with an EPDM jacket and paper separator. Operating temperatures range from -50°C to +105°C (-58°F to +221°F). Rated to 600 volts. Meets or exceeds ASTMB-172. Stocked in black, blue, green, red and yellow jacket colors. Stocked on 250 and 500 ft. reels. Coiled, boxed and shrink wrap packaging available for 25, 50 or 100 ft. lengths. Custom lengths also available upon request.

APPLICATION:

Flex-A-Prene welding cable is designed for all welding applications where a stinger/whip, leads and grounds are used.

Highly flexible annealed bare copper conductors, twisted and reinforced with paper fillers, and insulated with a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jacket. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +90°C (-40°F to 194°F). Rated to 600 volts. Stocked on 250 reels. Coiled, boxed and shrink wrap packaging available for 25 or 50 ft. lengths, and small reels for 100 ft. lengths. Custom lengths also available upon request.

Heavy duty service for welding machines, tools, portable lights and other machinery motor leads.
