Peace of Mind…
At Oakleaf, we care as much about your financial well-being as we do our own.
Our Mission
Through holistic financial planning our objective is to provide you and your family with financial peace of mind.
About Oakleaf
Oakleaf is a wealth development specialist providing a comprehensive suite of services to both private and business Clients, including general financial planning, wealth management, investment strategy, retirement, protection and taxation planning. We also offer mortgage and property portfolio advice. Based in Roundhay, Leeds, we work with Clients from across Yorkshire and beyond.
This Booklet
This booklet provides information about our services, how we charge for them and breaks them down into the different financial planning stages. It is important you read this information carefully. We offer independent advice which means we will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs. Our recommendation will be based on a comprehensive and fair analysis of the market.
What we do
Our service is delivered through personal financial partnerships, providing ongoing support and advice, throughout your lifetime. We believe financial peace of mind isn’t achievable via a one off transaction, but a continuously adapting strategy, developed and agreed by both you and your Adviser.
We see ourselves as your life long financial counsellor, on hand to guide you through key stages in your life, ensuring you’re prepared, protected and primed for what is hopefully a fantastic journey. Knowing that whatever the challenge, you don’t need to worry about your financial capability, is something that we believe is not only vitally important, but with careful financial planning, absolutely achievable.

How we do it
How you benefit
How things work - Initial Meeting / Discovery
As your time is as important as ours, we conduct an initial meeting to discuss our services and your objectives which provide both of us with an opportunity to ask any questions before making the decision to work together.
This meeting is at our expense.
Factfind
Once we have decided to work together, we will complete an in depth review of your current financial situation, priorities and aspirations.
Recommendation
When we understand your financial circumstances and aspirations we will make a recommendation as how best to arrange your finances in order to meet these.
Lifetime Financial Plan
Our financial planning software can help bring our recommendations to life and offers you the opportunity to map out your financial circumstances and future aspirations far into the future, sometimes beyond your 100th Birthday. It uses a range of informed criteria to provide an insight into how much you might have or need in retirement, whether you can afford your dream holiday or simply provide the peace of mind that you will be unlikely to run out of money.
The report will form the basis of your financial strategy and we will use this for implementation and regularly review it to ensure it is fully up to date and continues to fit your financial circumstances.
These are just some of the examples of what our Lifetime Financial Plan can do which many of our clients find particularly useful. This service is available for a one off fee starting from £600, separate to funds invested, except with our Bespoke Service where it is complementary.
You may choose to pay for a financial plan on a standalone basis and implement any changes yourself. If this is the case we will notify you of our charges in advance; these start at £600 and are based on our hourly advice fees of £150 per hour for an Adviser, £120 per hour for
a Paraplanner or £100 per hour for Administrative work.
The Lifetime Financial Plan is typically suitable for clients with £25,000 or more to invest, charges are tailored to suit each client.
Specific charges will be agreed before any work is undertaken.
Implementation
Once we have agreed your financial strategy, we will implement your plan, arranging the necessary solutions, liaising with Product Providers on your behalf.
We will notify you of any initial fees prior to implementing your plan which are applicable for both lump sum and regular investments.
•
3% of the first £100,000 you invest plus;•
2% of the next £150,000 you invest plus;•

above fees but may be used to offset against fees chargeable.
Ongoing Review
We believe financial planning isn’t a one off event, but an evolutionary process which changes in tandem with changes in your life. Therefore, we provide ongoing support where we regularly monitor your investments, keep you informed of any changes that are required and meet you on a regular basis to ensure your financial strategy is on track to deliver your financial objectives. To ensure we achieve this, all of our meetings cover our 12 point plan:
