Our eReceipts module eliminates the time, costs and delays of manually processing,
storing, indexing and retrieving paper documents, along with the costs to
purchase receipt paper and eventually shred copies. eReceipts enables you to archive receipts according to your own migration and retention schedules and provide receipt copies instantly from any computer with a browser and network connection.
The module streamlines close-of-business drawer balancing and complies with applicable federal and state regulations. eReceipts offers several options for use in a drive-through environment and can support digital signature capture and verification of accountholder data when used with Verifast™ from Fiserv.
Digital Document: Scan for DNA
This browser-based desktop module can perform all of your scanning operations in a smaller institution or supplement a centralized scanning solution in a larger organization. Easily scan and capture documents and return them to the accountholder to speed processing and reduce the risk of losing documents. Anyone with an industry-standard TWAIN scanner, Internet Explorer® browser and access to the module can scan documents for storage into the Digital Document archive, then index and save them to any other module implemented.
The Scan module speeds indexing with pull-down menus and auto-population features. Personalized service is a key differentiator in a competitive market. Tellers and other employees can improve service by using eIDScan to confirm an accountholder’s identity without asking for a driver’s license, while reducing fraud and eliminating copying and paper storage costs. Front-line staff can view a stored photo ID when a transaction is initiated and immediately determine if the person matches the picture.
eIDScan seamlessly integrates with the solution’s archiving modules to provide instant access to identification documents across the enterprise, delivering clean, high-resolution color images. Your employees simply point and click to find and select image records. The module supports all state-issued driver’s licenses and government-issued identification cards, and several scanner models support optical character recognition and automatic data indexing. eIDScan meets regulatory requirements for ID storage, helps protect your institution from fraud and helps protect accountholders from identity theft.
When used in-house, the small footprint of the scanning device requires minimal space. Used remotely with a connection to the Digital Document server and a portable computer, the module allows you to open new accounts off site.
Digital Document: eSign for DNA
Eliminate paper transaction costs for signature cards, change of address forms, loan packages and other forms needing a signature. The eSign module uses industry standard, small-footprint signature pads to provide a forensically verifiable digital signature, with the option to save single TIF images to preserve network storage space. When used with Topaz® signature pads, it also enables you to capture biometric data on the signature, such as stroke and pattern. You gain instant access to any legally signed document in the Digital Document archives without the risk of lost or misplaced documents or the costs of duplicating, transporting and filing them. If more signatures are added, the module automatically creates a new version and maintains the date and time stamp for an audit trail.
Digital Document: Imaging for DNA
Loans, investments and insurance services generate numerous documents that can strain your resources. The Imaging module replaces those paper documents with electronic records that are stored securely in a central archive and available for processing from multiple locations by multiple users at the same time. It improves efficiency, reduces physical storage costs, frees up valuable space and can reduce call-center volume, freeing up staff to handle less routine issues.
In the lending area, the module captures all supporting documents in real time to ensure all employees involved have the
documents needed and reduce the risk of lost or misplaced documentation. Tellers can use it to access documents such as driver’s licenses, signature cards, statements, receipts and loan documents with a single query.
Digital Document: eReports for DNA
Take control of archiving report data from your account processing system, item processing system and third-party processors with eReports. This module performs complex tasks like polling, job scheduling and archive retrieval in a secure environment. Employees can archive personal bookmarks and notes, subscribe to reports, request e-mail notification when reports are available, access historical account information for as long as data is archived and split reports according to pre-defined rules. The browser-based module requires no locally installed software and integrates seamlessly with your account processing system.
Digital Document: eRetrieval for DNA
This browser-based module provides enterprise-wide access to archived reports, documents and images. A powerful, user-friendly search engine makes it easy to find a specific document, all documents for an accountholder, or all documents for a location. You can export data from the module to other applications, such as Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Excel® or data mining solutions, or output data to DVD for auditors.
eRetrieval enables staff to access documents in virtually any digital format, such as image, text or PDF, and then add them to the archive from the desktop. Users can select new reports from a single view or search archived documents by account number, social security number, name or any combination. The module’s standard query tools are easy to use for employees of any skill level and allow searches customized by role and responsibility.

This eStatements module provides accountholders with secure online access to account statements, check images, notices, tax statements, loan documents and credit card statements. Your customers or members enjoy self-service convenience, while your organization saves on postage, printing and processing costs.
Stored documents are accessible from any computer with a browser and Internet connection. You can notify customers or members when account information is available for viewing and use built-in tools to manage e-mail bounce backs, re-send notifications and maintain e-mail records. eStatements also enhances your marketing efforts by enabling you to deliver targeted ads, special offers, newsletters and stuffers in electronic statements and via e-mail.
