Executive  Coach  &  Owner  at  Hold  Them  Big

Executive  Coaching  is  “creating  that  trusting  relationship,  between  two  people  committed  to  working

collaboratively  in  a  heartfelt  and  meaningful  way  to  create  new  possibilities  and  enhanced

performance.”  Gail  believes  a  Coach  is  deliberate  and  intentional  about  creating  that  safe  place  and

enabling  the  conditions  where  a  client  can  self-‐examine  and  do  the  hard  work  of  growing  to  their  full

potential.  The  client’s  job  is  to  do  the  deep  dive  to  look  closely  in  areas  that  we  often  don’t  have  time  to

think  about  or  know  how  to  examine.  It’s  about  the  learning  and  journey  to  personal  and  professional

effectiveness.  “It’s  about  taking  the  time  to  do  the  tough  work  that  calls  on  our  capacity  to  fully  show  up,

with  heart,  and  create  the  conditions  for  success  in  ourselves  and  others.”

specializes  in  executive  coaching,  strategic  people  services,  leadership  and  organizational  development.

Integrity,  Insight,  Courage  and  Forthrightness  with  HEART  best  describe  her.  With  over  31  years

experience  in  the  health  and  insurance  sectors  Gail  has  held  executive,  operational  and  frontline,

educational  and  union  executive  roles.  She  is  a  sought  after  speaker  and  educator  in  the  area  of  Strategic

Human  Resources.    Gail  has  Bachelor  of  Nursing  and  Masters  Degree  in  Public  Administration  from

conversations.

 Here’s  to

you!”
