R2 Nord From Aeroport to Maçanet/Maçanes. The train stop is El Prat de Llobregat, and from there you

Arriving by bus
The bus stop is located at the Autovia de Castelldefels, close to the HOTEL TRYP AEROPUERTO. You can take any of the following lines:
PR1 Airport – El Prat de Llobregat – Airport (Circle line).
L94 From Barcelona (Ronda Universitat) to Sitges (Passeig Marítim).
L95 From Barcelona (Ronda Universitat) to Castelldefels (Av. Del Poal).
L80 From Barcelona (Av. Paral•lel) to Gavà (Riera Sant Llorenç).
L87 From Barcelona (Av. Paral•lel) to Viladecans (Av. Can Palmer)

Arriving by car
30 minutes from Barcelona City Center / 15 Minutes from Barcelona Airport.
• From Plaça d’Espanya, take Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes heading east, and drive for 250 m.
• At the roundabout, continue on the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes for 1,8 km.
• Continue on Avinguda de la Gran Via de l’Hospitalet/ B-18/C-31. Continue to C-31.
• Take exit 190 heading to Viladecans/Cargoparc and continue for 300 m.
• At the roundabout, take the third exit and follow the Carrer del Garraf for 600 m.
• Turn slightly right towards Carrer del Garraf and continue for 95 m.
• Turn slightly right towards Avinguda de les Garrigues.

Layout of Centre
CAE Barcelona is located in one building, with two floors. We have nine classrooms available, in both the ground and first floors. They are equipped with interactive digital whiteboards and projectors. There is also a smaller conference room, on the first floor.
Our training equipment includes a Full Flight Simulator A320-200, as well as an A320 Cabin Crew Mock-up,
and a Smoke and Fire Trainer. Access to the Full Flight Simulator and Mock-up is located on the first floor.
Rest areas and vending machines can be found in both the ground and first floors. On the first floor there is also a business centre, with computers and copy service available for clients.
Health & Safety
What to do in case of emergency:
Safety Briefing Documents are displayed in all our briefings room - all trainees should read these briefings carefully before commencing training.
What to do in case of Evacuation:
1. The receptionist will phone the fire department. 2. Leave the building immediately by the shortest fire
exit route.
3. Assemble at the main car park.
4. Fire wardens will inform the fire officer of any danger areas in the building
Simulator:
In the simulator halls, all the simulators will shut down. In the individual bays only that simulator will shut down. Always exit the simulator to the first floor and evacuate through the nearest exit. Never go down to the floor of the simulator bay.
Other building areas:
Evacuate through the nearest exit and proceed a safe distance from the building until the all clear is sounded. Do not use the indoor stairs. Emergency phones are located in both buildings.
Reception & Registration
Reception is open from 08.00 to 17.00hrs (Monday to Friday). The Maintenance department is open 24hrs.

Visa Invitation Letter Requests
Customers can request these documents by e-mail once training has been confirmed. The Customer Services team will then manage the process with the relevant Embassy accordingly.
